My package came as expected. Everything was sealed correctly, no leakage was so ever. The items were all original in case of doubt. There seals placed on each of the items, one can tell the products are from YesStyle. I’m happy with my purchase and will be ordering more from them. Overall i recommend.

My favorite website to shop for korean, japanese and chinese skincare and makeup. Products are authentic, the prices are honest, fast shipping and everything arrives without any issues or damage. Also, they offer a variety of coupons and discounts so you get extra nice deal, it's really great

I ordered 3 tubes of the Japanese version of Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+. The price was better than anywhere else I looked. My purchase qualified for free shipping, and my items arrived well packaged and on time. I will use YesStyle.com again!

I'd prepared myself for a LONG wait based on other reviews and some comments I'd seen, but it arrived in 2 weeks with zero issues!

Well packaged, everything was tightly bundled inside an air bag and nothing was damaged.

It's my second order with YesStyle and I will keep coming back for sure. All products are legit, with a generally nice use-by date (except for one sunscreen, which will be due 7 months from now -- for this reason, I would not recommend stocking a sunscreen that is in sale).
They always take more than you would suppose to ship an order (a product "in stock" might be sent 1 week after the order was placed), but the site has a great tracking feature and both my orders were actually delivered in time.
As for the price, there's a cheaper website available, but having ordered from both I would say that 1. the price difference usually isn't that huge, and 2. YesStyle still provides a more reassuring shopping experience, so in most occasions I will gladly pay a couple of bucks more for it.
Tips: Search for coupons and rewards code discounts before buying, as these can allow you to save ~14% on several products. If you are an student, sign up to their student program to get some nice benefits.

I’ll continue to give 1 star and write review since I never received my order nor refund.
- Ordered since 17.02 (order no. 32124416)
- Received DHL tracking with no update
- Order was returned back at warehouse and now updated that it has actually been sent with another courier (hence the no updated tracking)

I’ve contacted CS many times and all I got was they’re investigating. Clearly it’s the shipping system that messed up. What more is there to INVESTIGATE??!!!
It is now 14.05 and I haven’t heard anything. They charged the money, I didn’t receive the product and wouldn’t refund me the money back??? Worse customer service policy I’ve ever encountered.
Just to say that I’ve been their customer for many years but will never order anything again.
