Was unable to obtain the video transfer from yesvideo after paying for service. Their download options were convoluted and confusing.
The customer service department is extremely unhelpful and will try to pass the buck as quick as possible.
I would not recommend Yesvideo.

I tried to have two VHS video tapes…
I tried to have two VHS video tapes transferred to digital. I dropped them off at Walmart who apparently uses Yes Video as a vendor of digital services.
My order disappeared for over a month and no one could even find it. This may not have been Yes Video's fault but Walmart.
When I finally received my order it contained only one flash drive with one of the videos. Since I was not so concerned with having a physical device, I tried to download the online file and this is where the real trouble starts.
I used the link they provided to access the online files but the access codes do not work. The pop up says they are invalid.
I have been back and forth with a Walmart representative, with no success. They keep telling me to do the same thing that is not working.
All I want at this point is to be able to download the digital file for the missing video, THAT I PAID FOR AND STILL DON'T HAVE.
