PERFECT KITCHEN
I had been looking for a handmade kitchen I could afford for many months when a friend recommended Yew Tree.
These guys know exactly what they are doing, they designed and installed a perfect kitchen for me.
The quality of my new kitchen is amazing and I would highly recommend them.

poor communication
The owners couldn't be more helpful. Until you pay your deposit. Then it’s much more difficult. We had a number of changes to the design and they are always seems that management are trying to cut costs (his not mine), e.g. I asked for some vegetable racks I did not pick up from the jpeg design that he had removed the door from the unit so it is open. Yew Tree insist on full payment before they will deliver so make sure you are happy as you have no leverage if something is wrong. When the kitchen was being fitted I asked where the door was and he said there wasn't one. emailed owners response was you agreed the design that’s what you got!! No debate even though I pointed out I had not asked for the door to be left off and I did not pick up that they had decided to not provide a door. Be careful of this company once they have your money that’s it! Make sure that the design is very clear or you may be as disappointed as I was.

We offer a very flexible ordering process which allows customers to change their design even after placing thier order, this customer did request a design change and we updated their plans for them as requested.
We offer the latest 3D virtual imaging software so that customers can see exactly what they are ordering, we sent a full set of colour pictures and detailed plans to them which they approved. It is unfortunate that this customer did not check their new plans in more detail so that this issue could have been avoided.
We did offer to make a door to cover the vegetable racks at trade price but they declined this offer.
We offer a three stage payment process and only request the final payment on completion once customer has checked their kitchen to make sure they are fully satisfied. All three payments were paid by this customer and the issue of the door was brought to our attention later.
