Excellent communication and service. Would definitely use again

I used Fiaz from YKB Electricals for a small job. He turned up when he said he would and was very pleasant and efficient. I would certainly use him again.

This person, Fiaz, is making really outstanding electric service, accurate, effective, a high quality, quick, reliable, friendly and cost effective. I highly recommend to all yell customers and will definitely recommend to all my friends. I never ever had such really highest level service.

Fiaz from YKB Electricals came to my rescue today when my house alarm would not switch off following a power cut.
He was able to attend very soon after I had called him and I am extremely grateful to him for his calm, efficient response to the problem which was stressful to say the least.
I cannot speak highly enough of Fiaz who was very courteous and professional throughout. His charges were so reasonable especially as he came after hours and this was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will call YKB Electricals again when needing further electrical work doing.

Fiaz came to the house in an hour and advised on the problem (damp ingress). Most of the power was restored and he returned to disconnect the problematic circuit.

I’ve called on YKB twice this year for kitchen appliance and lighting issues. Fiaz was quick to respond and to schedule in the work.
His attentive communication and reasonable rates are further boosted by his very courteous and professional manner.
I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in calling on him again for any other electrical jobs that come up.

Dangerous work, two independent electricians have told me his work is a disgrace and it will cost me over a thousand pounds to make my house electrically safe again, after I have already paid Mr yaqub almost a thousand. He denies there is anything wrong with his work. Do not use this electrician, he is a dangerous rogue trader
