First time.ORDERING from YOINS Jan 26 2021. Please take this review very seriously and Beware as they are a scam and DO NOT ship your items! A legitimate company will always always have valid tracking, which shows an up to date city of where your items are and when they are delivered. This pathetic company kept saying " don't worry you will get your items: despite no tracking thst shows wherr my order was ! I.asked 8 times to.be refunded and they refused so I had to file a dispute with Pay pal .. I finally received my refund via Pay pal not this B.S company after 2.5 months !!
Please do not chance it and avoid YOINS!

DHL tell me they don’t send the package to them , only a label . Do not trust this company, they offer free returns if the clothes don't look like they do online, the tops I ordered were floppy terrible material nothing like the photos online and they have messed me around for days now, you wait forever for the order to come also , steer clear of this company they do not stand by the offers or words

Looks can be deceiving
I ordered something that looked great online. It didn't have the colour green. But I got in the post has the colour green. I don't even wear green. Only 1 star for delivering well ahead of the expected delivery date
from China to Ireland but the product is horrible. I wish I could share photos.

Very over aggressive advertising
Very aggressive advertising, 90% of adverts on my phone I have seen since Christmas have been from these jokers, quite why I would be getting adverts for female cloths bought from who knows where when I am a recently single 40 year old male baffles me, but yet again most of advertising I seen been the same items over and over again from one accidental click when I did not lock my phone properly why? I wonder about the cost of there advertising and how much there moneys been wasted

I just received my order today and WOW what a scam! I ordered 1 dress in a large and 2 dresses in extra large and they all fit like a extra SMALL. This was such a scam. I'm a YouTuber with thousands of viewers. I'm thinking of doing a YouTube video about this scamming company! Unbelievable!

Misleading "Free Returns" Banner
Yoins has a very misleading "Free Shipping, Free Return" banner at the top of their home page (at least during January 2021).
***I took a screenshot of the free return banner, so the Yoins response below is unsatisfactory. I just checked and it's even still live on their website.***
In the fine print that was hard to find, returns are only free if Yoins sends a damaged or incorrect product. If you ordered the wrong size or decide you don't like a product then you have to pay for the return. Customer service confirmed this for me. I don't know why they would plaster a deceptively misleading banner right at the top of their home page.

Bad customer service
I'm rating the customer service, not the website, never actually ordered anything but got my PayPal hacked so I needed to contact them and make an account.
Terrible. They keep sending you automated bot-like messages that are absolutely of zero use. Tried deleting the account after I resolved my issue, couldn't even find the deactivate/delete account option, contacted them twice, they told me they would delete it, three days later it's still there. Weird and frustrating. If you're tolerant to issues with your online purchases and deliveries, you'll lose your tolerance with this customer service.

Majority of the clothes are good
I've first heard about Yoins in November 2019. I was skeptical since the clothes are coming from China and were really good prices. I have ordered 3 times from them so far. The clothes are a hit or miss sometimes. Some materials are really good and comfy. I read all the reviews beforehand to determine if I should purchase an item. But sometimes, there's no review. But for the most part, I like more than half the items. They got tons of cute and sexy clothes that I like. The sizing is a bit difficult. I always order XS or S, but sometimes the tag size is S or M instead. That confuses me....I haven't tried to return anything yet because I am too lazy to return 1-3 items only. I just give it to my friends. So I cannot comment on the customer service. It takes about 1.5-2 weeks for the delivery and I live in California.

Not a reliable company. Bought 2 dresses that were never delivered and after complaining for more than a month was told they were “out of stock”. If so, why charge it from my credit card? Now trying to get a refund which also seems like an impossible thing to do. Never again!

Where do I even begin
Where do I even begin. I ordered my items a month ago and was unable to track the delivery with the information I was given. I received a notice saying it had been delivered but I received nothing, I work from home and was here the entire time. No reply back as to where my items are or how to proceed for a refund. This is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Lesson learned. If I receive my items I will leave a better review, but I am not hopeful.
