This company doesn't deserve a title

I have been complaining for the last 3 months regarding the poor quality of the clothing and jewelery I received from this company. The complaint department all the copy and paste the same answer the refuse to refund my money back for the items I have purchased. They say they have never received my returns. I have gave them the tracking number which does say package been delivered. Lawrence keep on sending the same old story. I purchased clothing which was VERY POOR quality. I found the same items on wish and yion selling the at a higher price. Bad company bad .

Spot on almost every time

I’ve ordered from Yoins a few times over the past 12 months. Generally I love their products and their delivery time is always great even during lockdown. I find the sizing information extremely helpful as sometimes I could be a small sometimes a medium or even a large. I just got a beautiful dress delivered today and I can’t wait to wear it!

Disappointing!

Service was good and dress ordered pretty but poor fit. You definitely need to allow for Asian sizes and more importantly cut. Dress was too long but cut very high under bust, more 'empire' line than waist . Shame but you get what you pay for. Won't risk it again.

Don’t use this company!

I have never written a review before but I feel I have to for such a poor experience to warn others.
The first issue I had was that they charged my card twice for the same order. I am waiting to hear from them about refunding this money.
Also the clothes arrived today and they are of such poor quality. I specifically ordered clothes which their website stated are made of cotton and they arrived made of spandex and polyester. So they are advertising their clothing with incorrect specifications.
Also strings are hanging off some of the clothes. The dresses are more like tops they are so short and I am not especially tall. Just generally really bad quality.
And there is no easy place to find out how to return items. I’ve had to write a message to the company to ask how to return items. This should be clear on their website.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and don’t buy from them!

Been over a months since we placed the…

Been over a months since we placed the order and it is still being “processed”
All items were in stock upon ordering and now we have been informed that one is no longer available! We are being refunded but not the full amount of the item which is ridiculous given it was a mistake on their side

Very difficult to do a simple return - still in progress

I was very happy with the range on the website after following a Facebook link. Especially without being able to go to the shops for such a long time however.

After a few weeks to arrive, most of the products were VERY large in the small size. There were many beautiful patterns but large, flattering sizes and big differences of what a 'small' looked like across the range.

Online you can apparently only choose from defective reasons eg. damaged, colour faded, wrong size sent etc and send a picture for each one.

I followed the instructions online to get the email address and advise of my reasons, I was then presented with options of discounted.

1.【Get the new size or same value item at 50% off】:
Considering the return fee might be expensive, you can keep the original item and just pay us 50% price of the size or same value item you want, then we will send you the new item by standard tracked shipping(it will arrive in 7-10 working days), and the shipping fee is chargable.


2.【Return to exchange】:
If you need to exchange it for another size, we are sorry that you may need to return it at your own expense and we will pay for sending the size you want, is that acceptable?

3.【keep the items and offer you 20% refund and 15% coupon code】:
Considering the return shipping fee might be expensive, if your clothes are wearable or suitable for others, you can also consider to keep them, we will offer you 20% refund of the item price and a 15% coupon code as the compensation.

4.【Return to refund】:
You can return the items at your own expense and we will refund for the items you returned, except any shipping fees.

NOT trusting the inconsistency of the sizing I chose option four. A straight refund and I will pay for postage. The agent (Lawrence) who had been helpful until this point advised someone else would be in touch and apologised for the inconvenience.

This morning I receive a template email with links to the returns process and advising me to follow the process online so i've gone around in circles.

Their websites states they have a UK address for returns which i am not going to re-request and am more than happy to start a social media campaign against them if further hurdles are added

Avoid at any cost, because it will be costly

I bought a shirt from this company size 3XL. It was not more than a L by normal standards, poorly made and very poor quality. Absolute Rubbish. I then had to pay £4.70 recorded delivery to have it returned. It took nearly two weeks to get a refund. They try to get you by saying they haven't got the return and asking you to prove it. Fortunately I was able to do this. They do not refund the initial shipping charge. So you are left massively out of pocket. The company is an absolute disgrace and survives off the money it cons out of people who give up in their refund claim or do not have recorded delivery proof. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK. You have been warned and I promise you that their is a 90% chance you will be very dissappointed, very out of pocket and very angry. Purchase from anyone but this vile retail company.

I would never order from this site again!! It is impossible to return items that don’t look like they do on the website!! 2 of the dresses smell like petrol!! It took me 3 days to get a response then telling me to upload photos of the items I wanted to return!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone

Really disappointed I ordered several…

Really disappointed I ordered several items 2 months ago. No tracking number received. I sent 2 emails asking the status of my order with no response. So I had to file a paypal dispute. Hopefully i will get my money back. So frustrating.

You can't return items…

You can't return items if they're not liked, don't fit or awful quality. You can only return if the measurements differ to those on their website. I messaged them and recieved no reply. I'll never order from them again

I read some reviews and I was worried.....

I read some reviews and I was worried because I just ordered 4 tops, I ordered on the 26th of June and they arrived on the 2nd July, really happy considering the current situation (lockdown and restrictions). The tops are a wee bit different from the photos but I really like them. They strapless tops dont have much elastic at the top, but to be honest I don't mind,at least you don't get that horrible indentation, and hang over. All things considered they are ok tops for the price and good delivery, I'm not disappointed.

Clothes and accessories look nothing like photos, cheap, defective crap.

Purchased 3 dresses, 3 necklaces, earring cuffs & a bathing suit. One dress looks nothing like picture & isn’t even as described. The collar around neck isn’t even even & is cheap it wont lay flat. The bottom of dress doesn’t look like pic either. It’s not wearable. The second dress isn’t something I would wear either because the hem at the straps in front of dress is all messed up. It wasn’t cut the same as the other strap when they sewed strap together so there’s an extra 3/4 inch of fabric at the hem causing it to hang out at the front of the strap. It can’t be cut since it’s the hem. The other dress looks like a nightgown in person. It’s nothing to wear in public after seeing it in person sadly. I’m very disappointed in the cheap quality, how they don’t look like advertised picture & in the few defects making the 2 dresses unwearable and the 3rd one only wearable as a nightgown.
Don’t even get me started on the bathing suit. They made the crotch area way too wide so when on, it gathers a lot, leaving 4 baggy lines coming up from crotch area. It looks absolutely ridiculous. Who ever heard of a bathing suit being baggy & all puckered at crotch area? The bathing suit has cut out sides. They didn’t make the bathing suit straps long enough to tie around your neck. I did do my best to pull the bathing suit up to get the straps to tie around your neck, but in order for the straps to go around neck, it pulls bathing suit up so high that your boobs then stick out of the open side cut of bathing suit. I’m 5’4 & 110 lbs. There’s no reason a small bathing suit shouldn’t be able to be tied around my neck. They just didn’t make them nearly long enough. I can’t wear this horribly made bathing suit either.
The 2 multi-layered necklaces I ordered is a choker & necklace. But it’s not even a choker because even at the tightest possible setting, it hangs like a necklace. Not wearable since it won’t lay correctly. Looks nothing like advertised photo. The earrings cuffs are way bigger than the ones worn in the advertised photos. Because they are much bigger, they look nothing like advertised when you try to wear them. But you can’t even wear them because they are too big to fit on your ear. You can’t even try to bend them to close more to fit because it warps the shape. One of them arrived very bent to the side as it must have been damaged in shipping as it just came in a bag. It’s def not able to be worn. The other necklace luckily looks as advertised & is able to be worn.
So I ordered 3 dresses, a bathing suit, 2 necklaces & earring cuffs that can’t be worn. I emailed Yoins on 6/12 after receiving my order. It’s now been 20 days of constant back & forth emails with them. They are trying their best to waste time to make it past the 30 days so I can’t return it. They keep instead asking me for my order #, my paypal transaction number, screenshot of my payment, sku numbers of all of the items I want to return. After sending this info, the next typical response is a whole new email without my previous responses where they start over asking for this info. This has been the process for 20 days now. I have sent 4 emails filled with photos of all of the defective items like they’ve asked many times. They refuse to tell me if they received these emails. They have also now told me multiple times that they will not allow me to return the bathing suit, earring cuffs or necklaces. Their return policy claims they will return defective items, but they refuse to return these. After 2 weeks of not getting info on how to return the items, I really flipped out. They escalated my complaint to a higher department. This department also kept starting over after multiple communications, pretending as it was the first they heard from me making us start from the beginning.
So out of all of this crap I ordered, I can return 2 dresses. What an absolute rip off. Their latest email told me it’s common for jewelry to be damaged in shipping but that it shouldn’t affect being able to wear it. Um, what??? Save yourself from being scammed & weeks of frustration dealing with this company’s very horrible customer service and don’t waste your money on their cheap defective products that look nothing like the pictures on their website.

Awful customer service!!

Awful customer service!!! I have emailed a couple of times about the clothes I ordered requesting a refund and return. I emailed well within the 30 days for the return policy but no answer. The clothes sent are way too small and are not as nice as the photos appear. I would stay away from this company and not waste your money to be honest!

I ordered a lovely top but they sent…

I ordered a lovely top but they sent the wrong size. I emailed and they tried to say I was wrong. The size was clearly a UK size and too small. I was asked to email pictures which I did. I was told it was bei g investigated. I emailed back and I might well have not bothered. I was told to send photos for a second time. I explained I had already done this. Since then I've been ignored, no response. It has now been nearly 3 month's. Disgusted doesn't even come close. Stay away from this site, they are a scam!!
