My estate agent was Mansoor, he was very professional, polite and friendly. Would recommend him to everyone looking to buy! My whole experience with YOPA was amazing. Bought the first house I viewed which is pretty crazy but everything was so smooth and they supported me even through the mortgage process when I was chasing up my solicitors. They are the best. Anosh was very helpful and Jake was extremely supportive. Their communication was top tier.

Both Anosh and Mansour had been an amazing, enthusiastic sales agent for or house, they went over and beyond from advertising, explaining everything. Would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a smooth sale or purchase.

Bad start to the buying experience, but Anosh turned it around.

I found communication and the system tricky initially.
Finding a house I wanted to buy was the easy part, navigating the yopa system and being able to communicate with an agent to assist with the purchase was the struggle. This caused delays and created frustration.

After some honest words with Anosh, my agent, he acknowledged the initial shortfall and apologised. Since then, he has been exemplary in chasing the process and keeping me updated.

I haven't yet completed but with Anosh on my side i hope for a smooth ending.

I met up with Anosh for potentially selling my Chiswick flat and was very impressed with his consultitive demeanor and knowledge of the local market. I was about to sign with Yopa but found an asking price buyer through another source. However, throughout that period Anosh was respectful with his follow up requests and never pushy. Yopa is a slick efficient operation and cost effective alternative to the high street agents, but is only as good as the local person you engage with, hence would highly recommend him if you're selling in West London.

The estate agent service from Anosh Arian at Yopa’s west London branch was excellent/5*. I can’t rate the service highly enough. He offers great advice, is contactable and helps to push a sale through. I looked for a long time for an agent after a bad high street chain experience. I am glad I trusted my gut and went with Yopa.
Here are some of the highlights:

The way viewings were conducted: showing the flat, grounds, highlighting local amenities and knowing the flat details were first class.

Really importantly if there was an item causing a hold up with the sale I was able to contact Anosh and he acted brilliantly to resolve these issues with the seller.

Lastly, the flat advert went up quickly and efficiently with a good description and the 3D view made a great difference.
