I recently booked the Alleppey walking tour, and it was a fantastic experience. Exploring the area with a local provided great insight into the destination.

Our guide, Mr. Akhil, was exceptionally helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for shopping and local snacks. Furthermore, he assisted us in planning our itinerary for the following day and arranged a boat tour for us. It was a wonderful new experience for my entire family.

I highly recommend these tours to anyone looking to enhance their travel experience. Thank you to Yo Tours for organizing such a great trip.

Great tour of Palace of Versailles. We got our tickets and audio guide on time and their support staff assisted us on getting through the correct door for entry.

Had wonderful day trip to Mahabaleshwar with them, our driver Nilesh and guide Dutta was very helpful and taken good care of us and our child.

We had wonderful time on our tour to Lake Como and Lugano with our driver guide Bali, car provided was very spacious and driver was very helpful

This tour is an absolute waste of money – avoid it at all costs. We booked the tour and never received any communication prior to the trip. We had no idea if they would even show up. The office numbers were useless, always going straight to voicemail. When they finally did arrive, they were late and had very limited English, making it incredibly difficult to understand what was going on.

The guide seemed completely unprepared – it honestly felt like it was his first day on the job. He was more focused on taking photos for himself than actually guiding us. There was zero direction or explanation about where we were or what we were seeing. It was so bad, we ended up cutting the tour short by three hours. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any compensation or even acknowledge how terrible the experience was. We’ve never heard a word back from the company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this tour – it’s a complete rip-off.

Booked a 2hr walking tour in Chennai, India with Yo Tours / Get you Guide. No guide turned up. No response at the time despite phone calls and messages to try and contact somebody. No apology or explanation given as to why nobody turned up. They did refund after we contacted them.

TOUR LIES:

We booked our tickets 1 month prior to arrival, however we didn't actually receive the tickets until the night before causing us a bit of stress.
Furthermore, the tour we booked said it included the Vatican tour. On the day, they claimed they couldn't get the Vatican tour, so instead gave us a different cheaper tour.
We took it upon ourselves to try and book our own Vatican tour- and did so with 0 issues.
The Vatican tour is expensive, so they say it's included in the tour, and then lie on the day AFTER you've paid and they have your money.
This scenario with the tours was then repeated in Venice also, after they had our money, they say they can't give you the tour you paid for, but instead give you a much cheaper random tour.
They also claim it is a guided tour- this is misleading. They just give you an audio device with headphones for the "guided tour".

HOTELS:
The hotels they give you are sooo far from the city. In Rome we had a 1 hour commute to the city. This was then repeated in Venice and Florence- another 1 hour commute to the city... They just find the cheapest option.

In going with this company we ended up paying much more than anticipated, as they claim tours that are not included are, so you end up paying extra. You also waste a tone of time and money on their very out of the way hotel locations.

We tried to raise these issues with them, and all they had were excuses and more lies.
Do not recommend- save your time and money and go with a different company!

Yo tour’s app is fantastic simple to use and clear.

Had to change my time with my booking because my flight was delayed.

Yo tours could not have been more helpful and changed my timing for me using the app.

Fantastic service and speed.

They did not provide tickets when promised (day before) but feel they fulfilled their part by sending tickets before scheduled start time.

But it was how I was treated by their "customer service" that really angered me. They were snarky, rude, and confrontational.

Never buy anything through this company!

Note: I was asked a year later to provide information regarding my tour to Yo Tours or my review on Trust Pilot would be deleted. I guess that's their way of getting rid of bad reviews.

Yo Tours has no problem taking your money, but refuses a refund when they failed to provide tickets in a timely manner. Was to have timed entry tickets with audio for the Louvre in Paris but the tickets only arrived one hour prior to entry. We were out of the hotel by that time and only learned that a link connected to the ticket had us using our own headsets and phone data. We had no headsets, so the tour was a disaster. Thanks for ruining a BIG part of our trip to Paris. Scammers!

Highly Unprofessional, Inflexible & Money minded

This is fraud - do not go with Yo Tours. Yo Tours did not exist on the meeting adress, and it was not possible to reach them by phone. Even if we tried everything, but had to give up, we are now told that "unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer an refund." If not at this time then when?

Misleading and unprofessional. They do not care whether you can go to the place whether the place is open or close, they just worry bout keeping your money. No flexibility, Zero communication. Avoid by all means.
