Working with the German-speaking employee is a complete disaster. There is no interest in collaboration or lack of knowledge or both together. I cannot recommend this company if you plan to distribute books professionally.

I ordered x2 Microbrands Book 2023 Edition. It made it even more special that I am in the book, but the quality of the printing is very impressive, much better than if I ordered from Amazon UK. The printing wasn't great with Amazon, but pleased to say the team at Youcanprint did a fabulous job. The customer service was also very good and had responses really quickly. Mi sono imbattuto in questo gruppo quasi dieci anni fa, voglio essere ONESTO con voi, questo gruppo è davvero INCREDIBILE. Infatti sono onesti, lavorano in modo corretto e buono; applicano costi molto economici e il loro lavoro è perfetto. Attraverso di loro ho pubblicato in lingua italiana e anche in lingua inglese. Ti consiglio loro, prova e fammi sapere.

I have ordered THE RATZINGER CODE and this company has not delivered the ebook to me. Nor has the company given my money back. Gabriele at wwwyoucanprintit is not professional because he has not delivered a service and has run with the money and I have not the product. If I have not a product for which I paid for, I should be given the money back into my debit card. This is the description of a thrift. You can translate this into Italian. I purchased from the U.K. I will never make a purchase to wwwyoucanprintit. I should have gotten my ebook THE RATZINGER CODE through AMAZON KINDLE. I paid wwwyoucanprintit, the honest act they can do is give me my money back. AMAZON KINDLE has treated me much professionally as I client. I will return to Amazon Kindle. I will never return to wwwyoucanprintit
I made my complaint known to wwwyoucanprintit and five minutes ago, I got an email stating I will get my money back. Honesty is the best policy. I look forward to my money back.
I add that at the end of today wwwyoucanprintit has reimbursed monies as well as customer cared for me by granting a gift. I edit my post to show that my frustration ended with a pleasant surprise at the end. I hope this is helpful to anyone that deals with this company. If good customer care were shown from the start, I may be reading a book from this company. My next choice will be Amazon Kindle where I get my ebook and customer service at my first encounter with the company.

Well, what can I say? It's been a lovely journey with Youcanprint, but one hell of a learning experience too. I've found them very professional and ever prepared, but most of all very humanistic in their approach to dealing with issues. For authors they offer something absolutely out of the market. They present themselves well and with discreet professionalism, but I am forced to give a 2 star because what they offer to a publisher is absurd.
