I absolutely love their products that keeps in mind the dynamics humidity to melaninated Americans hair. Now I setting trends in community all thanks to YGN,as friends and even strangers ask me where they can purchase halo turban wraps from.

Received my order timely and the quality of my headbands are great. I have ordered many of them in the past and I love them.

Fast shipping and overall easy process.

The material was high-quality, and the swim cap fits like a glove.

Wish I could rate the actual product but its been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received it yet. I did get an email saying YGN HOPES to have it shipped out Aug 15 a little over a month after the order was placed. Huge disappointment as the item won’t be of any use for this summer season at that point.

When I ordered items in 2021, they arrived in less than a week through a reputable shipping company. However, YGN’s expansion has caused significant bottlenecks in the purchase-to-receipt process, leading to orders not being shipped until nearly a month after purchase. Additionally, their new shipping service left my package in a random location. I emailed YGN about the issue but received no response until I disputed the purchase with my credit card company. Avoid this company because who has time for this?

After placing and paying for my order at YGN on June 15 I finally received the ordered item on July 9. My item was delivered to the wrong address, another home with the same house number but on a different street. Thankful for the kindness of the neighbor who hand- delivered my ordered item to me. The only update I received said my order would ship on June 22. I would have appreciated more frequent and accurate shipping updates. Who is the delivery service? If I could review them separately I would give them zero stars.

This swim turban means I'm Beach Ready. I'm celebrating a milestone birthday soon and want to make sure that the investment I make in my locs is maintained. Thank you YGN!

I saw a promo on Facebook and immediately purchased four swim caps. I was extremely excited to support the brand and rock the swim cap in style. I noticed I didn't receive tracking after a week or two. No big deal. I sent out several emails requesting tracking. I received one response after about two or three emails and the response was "Your request was received." After several more emails, I decided to dispute with my credit card company. My order was placed on June 5th and I disputed with my cc company around June 25th. Today, July 2nd, I received an email stating my shipment was on the way. How convenient. I don't even want the merch anymore and will be returning it due to the horrible customer service.

I purchased the swim cap black turbin last year. I have long locs and just tried it out with only floating in the water on my back for 30 mins. When I got out of the water I felt water dripping down my back. I then pull the cap from my head and it was full of water. Very disappointing. I truly thought it was going to be as advertised. For expensive to not to what was advertised.

I signed up for their newsletter a while ago, and decided to unsubscribe since. I am receiving daily emails from YGN, in spite of unsubscribing weeks ago. I have received the 'you're unsubscribed' confirmation each time, but I am still getting daily newsletters from this company.

I've already emailed back to YGN, and raised the issue with their mailing list provider, Klayvilo to no luck. This is my warning that if you sign up to newsletters from this company THEY WILL NOT STOP.

I feel beautiful in my new T-shirt turban.

The color and pattern options available made it easy for me to find satin-lined headwraps that suited my aesthetic. My order was shipped to me in what felt like no time at all, which I really appreciated since I didn't have to wait too long.

The turban was of much greater quality than I thought it would be and it actually makes me want to buy more

It was just want I was looking for to add fashion to my Locs.

I love the t-shirt bun turbans. I bought a black and pattern one and they're beautiful. They are a bit tight at first but I'm sure they'll loosen up with continuous wear. Will be buying the swim turban next!

Placed an order on 5/7 and it is now 5/24 and no update regarding a shipment. I go away soon and will not be able to return it. Before the deadline. Terrible shipping process. Almost three weeks and nothing.

Horrible customer service. They said they took returns but ignored me when their return portal didn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
