Selling dads house

My dad had to go in a care home and YOUR MOVE Dudley branch , sold his house and made everything easy for me , they got a quick sale and a good price , thank you too the whole team especially JAKE DREW WHO SORTED EVERYTHING OUT FOR ME , would highly recommend this estate agents

Absolutely appalling how they handle…

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

We understand your concerns regarding the rodent issue you reported during your tenancy. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we contacted all residents within the building to ensure a coordinated approach, as effective pest control in a multi-occupancy property requires the cooperation of all tenants. We also provided practical guidance on measures residents could take to help prevent rodents and arranged for professional pest control, including the placement of traps throughout the building.
While we appreciate that this situation was frustrating, we believe that the appropriate actions were taken in our capacity as the letting agent to address the issue as promptly and effectively as possible.
Regarding the cleanliness of the property and the deposit deduction, we are sorry these aspects did not meet your expectations. Deposit deductions are only made where supported by the inventory and check-out process, and we always aim to ensure properties are presented to an appropriate standard for incoming tenants.
We take all feedback seriously and continually review our processes to improve the service we provide. We wish you all the best in your new home.
