Fantastic service from start to finish. Buying a property can be daunting, but Sian and her team made the whole experience far easier than I expected. She was always available to answer our questions, kept me updated regularly, chased people whenever the process stalled and genuinely seemed invested in helping me secure my new home.

My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Very much appreciated, having had experience with other agents none of them seem a patch on Yourmove. Obviously the process is a stressful one, but I feel lucky I chose these.

Vicky & her team have looked after me & my mum before me. They have always informed us off upcoming information that is relevant to me as a landlord.

The agents were friendly & informative from being to end, giving us their expertise & advice. I would highly recommend them.

We had a lucky time of things with our house getting sold fairly fast considering the market was flat. Gravesend Your Move has an ecliptic team of sales reps, all with their own unique techniques at getting you sold and moved. The branch manager is approachable and quick to respond and we found he worked out of hours to solve some minor issues we had with our buyer. All staff are professional and Sacha is incredibly experienced and knows the estate agency business inside out! Taylor is a people person and has great customer service skills. Overall, we are pleased we picked Your Move to sell through, having dealt with a few clowns in the past, it was a relief to sell through an agent that was grounded, practical and efficient.

DO NOT USE THE BROMSGROVE BRANCH
Initially everything was ok, sales pitch as to be expected, expensive compared to other estate agents.
Everything then went quiet until my buyers started pushing for move. I felt they were acting on their behalf rather than mine, after all I was paying the bill.
They push you to use their conveyancing services, Convey Law, this was my mistake along with others I have now found out. The promise you a competitive quote but this soon becomes loaded with extras that you don't agree to.
If I ever move again I will go elsewhere.
