Avoid. Nothing but issues from start to finish. Moving in process was a complete shambles and the moving out process 4 years later was just as bad, if not worse. Poor communication and getting your deposit back is a joke. Numerous phone calls and emails deposit returned 9 weeks later!! Do not trust! Cannot say this is the same for all their branches but stay away from the Broadstairs branch.

"Extremely poor and unlawful behavior from this agency. We were due to move in today with our 10-month-old baby, having called the agency every single day for updates. On the day of the move, they informed us that our references hadn't cleared in time and that we did not meet their income criteria. They are now illegally refusing to refund our £192 holding deposit. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, failing an internal referencing check or income criteria is NOT a legal reason to retain a holding deposit. They are exploiting international renters. This matter has been formally reported to the Property Redress Scheme and Trading Standards."
