I paid the £11.99 postage for the 'free' box. Delivery was delayed, I'm not convinced the contents are worth the £70 advertised, I certainly wouldn't buy the items included.
I cancelled the subscription.
I wouldn't recommend.

Total SCAM!
After 3 boxes, it is safe to say the total of all 3 is probably £20, if lucky. They provide jam packed boxes to social media influencers to rope people in to using them but no paying customer actually gets those boxes advertised. They send the same items repeatedly, none of which are useful (choc bars, menopause products!), they send expired products (baby milk, face masks, to name a few) and expired vouchers, and the cheapest, poorest quality of the minimal baby clothing they send. I can’t believe they’re still operating, they also just ignore email communication when pressed on issues. The fact these women take full advantage of vulnerable mothers to be is disgusting.

The first 2 boxes were brilliant but the 3rd was just really disappointing! It came in much smaller box, no formula, there was 1 short clothing item, towel, dummies from 6 months, chocolate and mini cream and a shower get so nothing actually helpful... The first 2 boxes were brilliant.. honestly packed with great stuff but the last one made me cancel my subscription as it was really not worth it.. could get that elsewhere for a tenner... Honestly this was very disappointing

Updating my review as I feel it’s only fair.

After my initial issue (my first box arrived opened and completely empty), the company did eventually respond and kindly sent out a replacement box. The second box arrived properly sealed and contained everything as expected, which I’m very grateful for. I really appreciate them resolving the situation and making sure I still got to see what was included.

The box itself contains a decent mix of items. Mine included BIBS dummies (which I was especially happy about as it’s a brand I’ve already bought for my baby), a baby grow, body lotion, lip balm, hand cream, lactic acid drops and a gold foil sheet mask. It’s a nice variety and a good way to discover different products.

That said, I’m still unsure whether it’s worth the money long-term. I understand this first box is “free” aside from shipping (which is £12!!), but paying full price, it would definitely work out cheaper to buy the items separately, especially as there are certain products I personally wouldn’t use, like the lactic acid drops.

I’m going to keep my subscription for now and see what comes in the next box. If it’s very similar, I’ll probably cancel, but I do think it’s a great concept overall.

Thank you to the team for eventually putting things right after my box arrived unsealed and empty, I’m really glad I still got to receive everything in the end.

What an absolute waste of money - get hardly anything in the box and definitely not £70s worth. My daughter was extremely disappointed.

Another dishonest scam - don’t waste your money. They advertise a “free” box but still charge £10 for delivery, and the contents aren’t worth anywhere near that. The items are completely cheap and useless. They also sign you up to a subscription without making this clear. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t sign up to receive a baby box unless you want money taking out of your account every month without giving any permission, I signed up for a free baby box, I had to pay postage so not exactly free, items I received were terrible, it’s a baby box and I received two bars of mr beast chocolate, lol, wouldn’t even eat them myself, anyway I signed up for the free box, month later I noticed money had been taken out of my account from them £23, when I signed up I was not made aware at allll regarding any subscription, they are frauds and they are scammers who obviously catch a lot of people out doing this, I was not made aware of noooooo subscription and even if I was, I would of cancelled it as the first box I received was absolutely terrible, I want my money back asap you absolute frauds, disgusting how you do this

Most things in the box were good - although I didn’t get the baby grow and the vouchers I had were all out of date!

I have also been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks now, they say you can cancel anytime but never send you the “magic link” email you need to get into your account (why is that even a thing?) and I have emailed a few times now and messages on Facebook and they still won’t get back to me! It’s getting close now to when I have to pay and I will not be happy if the money comes out when I have been trying to cancel for weeks.

Do not use this unless you want the subscription

It's a scam⁉️ it's repeat payment and you look for the cancellation button it can't be find and even if you find it and cancel. there go through and take the payment email them they still take the💰

First box was ok however I’ve just been charged for another box because they hid a subscription on checkout, not great time for unforcasted expenses in January so they clearly do the free box with overpriced postage as a hook and hide a subscription if anyone didn’t know this is illegal in the uk, because of this I’ve evidenced and sent everything to citizens advice, the ombudsman and also reported to uk action fraud. Targeting mothers is a bit of a shameful deception.

Hidden subscription which is disgusting considering this is aimed at Mums and Mums to be. Website states that there is a link on every email to manage your subscription but I couldn't find this so they effectively make it difficult to actually cancel your subscription. The box came and I was thoroughly disappointed with the contents. Mostly skincare items that I do not need, only one item I would use for baby which is the pacifiers. The baby grow is for a boy, has mickey mouse on it and is grey and blue and made of cheap material. A flyer for a photoshoot which is great until you realise that the photoshoot only offers one small photo, the rest you would have to buy. Will not ne recommending and would instead be warning Mums to be not to bother.

Not worth the money. Received first box and had damage items, almost none of the items advertised, expired products and vouchers.

BE CAREFUL ordering from this site , ordered my first free box last month which you just pay postage for , have unknowingly been signed up for a subscription in the process which they have just tried to take £23.99 which i honestly dont believe the box last month would have been worth that , luckily there was no money in that account so they couldn't take it so be careful and check if youve been signed up for a subscription after ordering your free box

I received my first baby box but did not receive a baby vest as advertised, I contacted them immediately which was several weeks ago now but have not received a response back. I won’t be continuing with my subscription

Not as advertised. Very poor customer service. Do not waste your money as not worth it

First box was free but with costly shipping. Received a couple of nice products and was relatively happy. What I didn't realise, is that id been signed up for a subscription at the same time. Second box cost me £23 and I don't feel what I received in this box was worth that much, especially given that I didn't even know I was paying for anything!

I ordered the baby box which was absolutely lovely. Came very quickly and with lots of nice little bits inside 😀
