I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so that other customers know what to expect.

My wife and I visited the Coventry dealership in October 2025 to look at a replacement car. We spent around 20 minutes walking around the forecourt while several sales staff were inside the office, but nobody came over to greet us or ask if we needed any assistance. As a customer, this made us feel unwelcome and ignored.

Eventually, I went inside to ask about an Audi A3. The salesperson handed me the key with very little information about the vehicle. Later, when my wife was interested in an Audi Q2, the experience was similar. When I asked whether there was any flexibility on the price, I was simply told that the prices were fixed.

Later, I found the same vehicle advertised online for £500 less. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the Coventry branch, I reached the Birmingham branch, where they confirmed the lower price and arranged the purchase.

Once it became clear that we were buying the car, the level of attention changed. I was offered additional products such as the warranty, service plan and accessories, and after completing the purchase I was asked to leave a positive review.

Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been even more disappointing. I purchased a one-year warranty along with a service and MOT package. Since then, I have needed repairs and have found it extremely difficult to get assistance. My calls have often gone unanswered, promised support has not been provided, and I have been unable to book the free service despite repeated requests.

Most recently, my 2018 Ford Focus developed a P0420 catalytic converter fault, requiring a repair costing over £700. I have contacted the dealership again but am still waiting for a proper response.

I chose this dealership because of its strong reputation and positive reviews, expecting reliable after-sales support. Sadly, that has not been my experience.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership is to look beyond the sales process and carefully consider the level of after-sales service you may receive. Good customer service should continue long after the vehicle has been sold.

Currently have Motor ombudsman involved now, sold me a car however problems with it which returned to repair, they kept my car for three days none of the repairs been dealt with after telling me everything is repaired, coolant leak and nocking noise, instead they decided drive my car everywhere with use of over half tank and not to even compensate. I gave them a really good car for PX and they have decided to take advantage of a vulnerable person. I have children with special needs and they put thier life in danger also with problems that have occurred now it’s upto the motor ombudsman to help me out. Have my legal team also involved. Whoever also does thier MOTs are getting investigated with problems that have occurred and they did not put down on the MOT. I would avoid this place if I was you.

I bought a car from Your CarSupermarket in Coventry on 6th September 2025. Before purchasing, I was told I could opt in for ceramic coating (inside and outside) for £299, and that I would receive an email certificate confirming it had been applied.

It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received nothing. After chasing the dealership several times and getting no clear answers, I contacted GardX (the company that provides the ceramic coating) directly — they confirmed that there is no policy registered under my vehicle’s registration number, meaning the service I paid for was never activated.

I’ve since raised a complaint with Admiral and spoken to Citizens Advice about the issue in order to report the dealership to Trading Standards. The lack of honesty, communication, and accountability from this dealership has been appalling.

I would strongly advise anyone buying from this company to double-check that any additional products or services you pay for are actually provided and properly documented.

I find this response incredibly disappointing. This “temporary issue” should have been communicated immediately, not after I sent two unanswered emails and made over 20 phone calls where your staff kept promising, over and over, that my certificate would be sent “that same day.” It’s honestly ridiculous that I’m only finding out about this supposed "issue", which I do not believe, now, in this public reply, rather than from anyone I spoke to directly. This is not customer service, it’s avoidance. If I hadn’t chased this endlessly myself, I doubt I’d ever have heard from you at all. The lack of honesty and basic communication from your team has been completely unacceptable.

When going to collect my car, I felt very welcomed and the staff were lovely. I was very happy with the service and how smoothly it went. Especially Jeniveve, who was very kind and helpful.

Kash went above and beyond to help secure the deal for me. Nothing was too much trouble. My new car is amazing. Fantastic service. Thank you so much. Kash is an asset to the company.

After waiting for the finance company to send over the payment the staff at YourCarSupermarket done everyrhing they could to speed things up, Jeniveve and Kash were great,friendly and were very understanding, would recommend using this company if your looking for a car

Where do I start well if you want a good reliable car go to a scrap yard i purchased a car from the Coventry dealership and after 2 months the car broke down it took the dealership almost 4 months to collect the car after hundreds of emails and phone calls then when they did collect they had the car for almost 3 months when they finally drop the car off I came home to find out there was damage to the car and the person who dropped it off has been smoking in my car the customer service from this dealership is shocking rude and outright disrespectful please save yourself months of stress and look elsewhere.

After a couple of bad experiences with other car dealers, specifically with after sales care, my visit to Your Car Supermarket in Coventry was such a refreshing change.

Found my dream car, dealt with the finance company in the morning, test drove the car that was MOT'd that same day in the afternoon, which is where I met Jeniveve....SUCH an angel. She took me through the car service history, signed took some details and let me take it for a test drive. When I came back, she went through the service package they do, reassured me of their genuine after sales approach and never once pushed me. I had a million questions which she and (I want to say Ryan, forgive me if I named you wrongly) answered fully and patiently.

MOT was all fine and passed with 2 advisories which they said they would take care of before I collected the vehicle as they want their customers to have a clean slate with the vehicle and have peace of mind - SO refreshing.

I left waiting for the finance to be paid over, only for Jeniveve to call me, saying she stayed a little later as she really wanted to push this through for me. She genuinely loves what she does and they all want to provide a great service and keep their reputation of fantastic after sales care.

I can't tell you the confidence I feel leaving there, that although the car looks and seems perfect, cars will 'car' sometimes and fail us in some way. Knowing if that happens, I'm welcome back there makes me so happy.

We booked a test drive a vehicle, upon arrival no one was around to take us out or expecting us. When we got in the car by ourselves, there was 1 mile of petrol in the tank, something which should have been prepped before we arrived. We told them about the petrol situation and we were told to go and put some petrol in ourselves, at our own expense in order to be able to test drive the vehicle.

We eventually decided to go ahead with the vehicle, paid a deposit and arranged to come back three days to collect it following it needed some break pads replacing. When we arrived, we were told that there was an issue with the car and we couldn't take it away. We were told it was an issue with the coolant but no further information could be provided. No one rang us and informed us in advance even though we had booked to come and collect, so we had a wasted 1.5 hour round trop in the car for no reason.

We have requested a refund of our deposit and will not be going ahead with the sale. The customer service and communication has been shocking throughout and I would not recommend buying from this garage.

We purchased an Audi A6 Allroad around 2 months ago and the service was great. Kash couldn't be more helpful in sorting out the finance that we needed and made sure that everything on the car was sorted ready for collection.

Had a service light come up on the car recently and there has been absolutely no trouble in agreeing to get it in and be fixed, very impressed.

We've just purchased a car yesterday. Kaunen was excellent. He made the whole purchase process to be smooth and flawless from start to finish.
