I was very disappointed with the personalised fob watch I ordered. I thought it was steel and it was cheap plastic. I was also waiting 5 weeks for it to arrive. On the upside the girl Ashley who I dealt with was always very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this company

After a month, never received charms. Had to tell them I was going to contact PayPal. They then refunded after that. Zero rating really.

I orderd photo dog tag stainless steel necklaces which were surpose to come on a stainless steel ball chain when they arrived were more like a keyring tag and on plastic chain i did contact them telling them they were not what i expected from the description and they gave full refund same day Ashlea was really helpfull and i would definitely use there company again without a doubt in a heartbeat

They couldnt hve been more helpful and the communication was just 100%.
I had problmes with the photos i had sent for the photo cufflinks, i had an email first thing in the morning informing me of this. I found out that there was a problem uploading the photos at my end, another email was sent asking if i could just forward on the email with the photos on which i could and the problem was sorted. The replies to my emails were very quick as some companies you have to wait to get a reply. The cuff links arrived a day after i sent the photos, and i couldnt have been happier with them I will defo be letting people know about this company, and will buying alot more from them in the futre.

I have placed many orders with Yourgiftsourgifts over the last few years. They have a wide range of items for personalised photo gifts. They are very professional in both their communication and workmanship. As their website states, they really do make sure that every gift sent out is something they would want want to receive themselves.
I cannot speak highly enough about them.
