This company sent the wrong size and now will NOT even answer an email or get back to me. My friend ordered 6 pairs of panties —3 for her and 3 for me — and she lost over $100 of her money. This company is a SCAM.

I ordered 3 pairs of period underwear from your moon time. I’ve been waiting over a month and I haven’t received them yet. I checked the tracking and it’s coming from some 3 world country and haven’t even left yet. I think this company are scammers that take ur money and run. Will not reply to anything I email them. I prob won’t be able to get my money refunded and I doubt I’ll ever get the product. Buyer beware. Wish I checked reviews before I bought anything.

This company is NOT reputable. Bought from them for my mom. Size too small and now not receiving any support to return

I wish I read the reviews. I usually do but didn’t here. Sent me the wrong size and wouldn’t exchange them for the right size.

Never received an order #. OK. complained to company, they did fill order with panties that would fit a five year old child. Beware, they are not a reputable company. Threw panties away

I made a terrible mistake ! I thought I was ordering Knix. I chose the size based on my usual sizing. when I received "stealthies", I was surprised. I went to try then on and noticed how they were packaged and hesitated. I went to Moon Time and looked at your return policy. NO RETURNS BASED ON FIT. I know I should have read it... These underwear do not fit and I have no alternative. Shame on me and shame on YOU!

I have tried several period underwear brands and these were the best I found. They are comfortable, absorbent, they clean well and don't smell, and they last for years. It is true that their sizing is way off. I size in as a medium and I order a 2xl. I'm confused though because I have ordered from them 3 times before and they have always sent a good product in a short time and were responsive to my emails, but I ordered from them once recently and have been waiting 3 months but they have neither sent the package nor responded to my emails about it.

item received not as described. No answer to my email's. Phone call i made to them went dead after the 2nd ring. everytime.

Same experience as everyone here. I wish I checked here before ordering. Weird and wrong sizing and the material is not what's advertised on website. Try to get refund and no response. It is a scam for sure.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I measured and followed their sizing guidelines and when my purchase arrived I discovered that I couldn’t even begin to put a pair on. I contacted them inquiring about an refund or exchange but was flatly denied either. Their sizing guidelines are way off.

I’ll stick to ordering from Amazon or a trusted business.

Purchased. Shower voided And coughed twice . Straight through. Oh they show fake 100% 5 star ratings. Try to leave a negative rating and it goes from did you leave this to a rating co. With no active button to send the rating.

Terrible company! Ordered 2X (I wear a size 7 panty) and couldn’t even pull them over my thighs. No response to return. Inexcusably awful customer service and dreadful product. Do not buy from them.

This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered their leak proof underwear and they are so undersized it's ridiculous. I ordered based on their size chart. When I contacted the company they just stated due to the nature of the item they would not be able to accept the items. What a horrible company. I would not recommend this company's products to anyone. Beyond livid.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I ordered 3 leak proof female underwear. I ordered up 2 sizes because I had read they run small. I wear L ordered 2 XL. They arrived and looked like a medium. I put them back in the packaging and contacted the company I needed to return them too small. The response was we don't take returns due to the nature of the product. What?? Never worn still have tags and I'm out $35.00. DO Not Buy from this company.

The package I ordered from "Your moon time" never reached me. After several correspondences with customer service, I never received any reasonable answers or refunds.

Total garbage! Sizing is totally off and they don’t absorb! The only absorption is this company absorbing your money. No response from “customer service “ if they even have one. Stay away!!!!

Placed order, payment was confirmed, received order number, nothing else, emailed customer service repeatedly, no response from them. Looking like a scam to me

I PURCHASED THESE PANTIES ADVERTISED AS "PEE PROOF". THAT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. I WATCHED THE VIDEO AND GAVE IT A TRY AT HOME AND THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT HOLD WATER. EVEN A SMALL SPRAY FROM A WATER BOTTLE LEAKED THROUGH TO THE OUTSIDE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS COMPANY! WE ALL WANT TO SEE A MORE ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCT, BUT THEY GIVE IT A BAD NAME. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE POOR QUALITY. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

It still leaks through...so not working like it claims...very expensive and not doing the job it claims....
