You become trapped in this agreement
You become trapped in this agreement so that once they have taken the annual payment it cant be cancelled except within a few days of renewal. I am amazed that an insurance company is allowed to treat customers like this.

Had my first boiler service with Your…
Had my first boiler service with Your Repair.
The Engineer arrived on time after texting an hour before his visit.
He was thorough and tested many of the parts.
The service was about half an hour. After he had finished he went through every thing he had tested.
I would recommend Your Repair and hopefully they will not increase my payment for next year when I renew.

Not used yet, but just joined up and the process was straight forward and not complicated or left hanging on. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional with some humour involved, so yes an easy sign up.

Prompt service on booked date, explanation of any possible future problems, and cleaned area inside and around boiler. Prices for contract are reasonable compared to many others.
