Terrible customer service on my latest order. Being charged for returns that I havent even recieved, let alone returned. Cant talk to an actual person. Disgusted.

Not very impressed with your company I have been a loyal customer for years,I ordered a dress for my mum's funeral and my order arrived on Friday 26th may and I opened the parcel and the wrong dress was in it and I have arranged over the phone, which I am better doing, because of my disability, and the lady arranged a collection for Saturday 27th of may by royal mail, and she promised that I would get the correct dress on either Sunday 28th or Monday 29th at the latest and she told me to call after the parcel has been collected, but she did not inform me that the customer service number is not available over the weekend

The lady I spoke to today was very helpful,but I’ve decided to not shop on hear again ,I’ve deleted it off my iPad ,why do you make it so hard to return items ,why not put a returns label in the bag ,all that faffing around just to return something,I’m not ordering anymore

I didn't receive my order. They claimed it was delivered on 27th if may, they are ignoring my request for a refund and have locked me out of my account. Their customer service is a disgrace.

I've been purchasing from Yours Clothing for many, many years and mostly it's all gone smoothly. But, I have to say, recently the standard, finish and sizing of the clothes have gone massively downhill. I'm just about to send my entire order (of three tops) back tomorrow...gaping arm holes and bad quality being the reason. Having said that, my last two dresses were very good. I've actually started ordering tops from TEMU and all have been the correct size, no gaping and good quality!

I shop at your Cramlington store.....Lisa and her team are friendly, polite and helpful......nothing is too much bother for them. I purchase items in store and order on line ( this is usually done in the store ). Its a pleasure to go in the store and Lisa and her team are an absolute credit to your company.....other retailers should learn from their attitude and excellent customer service skills

Reported a missing parcel on the 23rd May and all I keep being told is there looking into it. This is between them and the delivery company, but yet I've had no refund.
Won't be buying from them again

Poor quality. Had a thread sticking out by the zip and zip was stiff. Please change suppliers

Sent a top with a hole in the back, contact online chat bot it said do you want to keep for 25% discount, considering I would have to pay for return and be charged a restocking to add insult to injury I agreed. I gave my email and phone number and was told I would get an email, a week later still nothing, won’t be ordering again.

Item ordered Monday 15th June, paid for next day delivery, item not delivered, the courier, Yodel, then emailed to say I can expect delivery Thursday 18th June. Then received an email from In post stating can’t deliver would I like to arrange to collect the item in 3 days. I’ve emailed Yours Clothing for refund of next day delivery charge, which they say can take a few days, but they cannot help any further. Meanwhile I still can’t get the item delivered and no way to contact In post.

If your plus size, and like comfy clothes. This is one of the best places. I like to wear pure cotton, over sized t-shirt, cotton dresses and most important pyjamas and nighties with pleanty room for comfort. Customer service were brilliant when i accidently spent a voucher without checking out and reinmbursed me.

Got free next day delivery! Fantastic quality items. Evans dresses are cheaper at Yours Clothing than on their own website and they have some fantastic discount codes! Very impressed.

Am absolutely disgusted rude call staff no help and am out of pocket by 59 pounds, no goods and no refund, after they delivered to wrong address, sad they would do nothing, they are con artists do not shop online with them ever beware. I was a loyal customer for years but never again

I purchased a pair of black boots and they almost immediately collapsed under me. Thinking this was simply a faulty pair I returned them and ordered a new pair. Less than a week of cumulative use and the sole is cracking again as the heel collapses again. I am now without a pair of everyday boots and because of the return fees I am not even where I started.
Years back a pair from this site would last 6 months at least. Absolutely outrageous how the quality has fallen. Can't even leave a review on the site warning others off either.

A top that I ordered arrived covered in dog/cat hair and smelling of washing powder! The item has clearly been worn and so this was immediately returned. When I was notified of my refund I was still charged the £1.99 restocking fee!!! For an item covered in animal hair and previously worn!! I'm so disappointed that this has happened and will avoid Yours from now on. Unacceptable!

Trying to find out when my refund will be in my account. Have to chat with bot who only tells you about refunds sent back mine was retuned to shop purchased from shop items were purchased from. Can not find a customer service number to ask anything . All I want is to find out where my refund is?

YOURS has been great. Clothes are absolutely gorgeous, and i really love my new clothes. Sometimes the footwear is much to be desired, but the clothes, absolutely beautiful.

I vowed back in 2022 never to use this company again but foolishly I have and again paid the price, such a rubbish company....so disappointed with the returns system of Yours...half of the items were ridiculously sized, half were great but that meant I had to return half of the items at the cost of £1.99...very fair you would think until they charge restocking fees for the items you are returning....not very fair...
If their sizing was more consitent I would not have been returning anything............There are definitely better online plus size retailers which I shall continue to use unlike Yours which I will not!!

Whilst I had to return the item due to not fitting, the lady I spoke to was helpful and managed to sort out my issue. I had inadvertently deleted the information required to process the return online. I have since received confirmation of refund. Though as I type I have not received funds.
