As a self-employed Sole Trader, this software is perfect for organising the customer side of my business. I have a digital record of all clients, jobs, invoices, quotes etc, and it makes the day to day running of my business so much easier. Being cloud-based it means I can access all information via an App or the web anywhere on the move, and I would highly recommend this software to make your life easier! It even links to certain Accounting software for tax purposes.

simple and straightforward to use. Any ideas for how it could be improved? let them know and they will frequently put it in place (I have done so on a number of occasions). Been using it for bout 8 years and no plans to change

Can’t fault YourTradebase! Been using their systems since July 2020 & on the very odd occasion that I had an issue to resolve, they have always been dealt with promptly… which was very much appreciated! Highly recommended their services to anyone who wants to get more organised with their Trade Business!

This app has changed the way I work and made life so much easier. Your paperwork is all in on place, easy to find and really easy to look back on.

I came across Your tradebase a couple of years ago and I am very happy with the service, its perfect for a company like mine for invoicing, payments and reminding you who owes you money, its simple to use and you can tailor it to suit your own companies requirements.

I have been using this site for a few years now. And an pretty satisfied with it.

Great Customer Service, Amazing App For All Tradesman, Easiest System We've Used By Far For Our Business. Would Highly Recommend This Software & Company To All.

We are a small fire and flood restoration business dealing with insurers loss adjusters, claims handling and building restoration works. We needed a simple CRM system without all of the knobs and whistles, to help us manage the process of seeing through jobs from start to finish.
As soon as we contacted the team at Treadebase we felt that we had finally met with a company who understood our needs and did not try to over sell us stuff we simply did not need. The system is adaptive and works a treat for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this companys system

Tradebase Software

Tradebase is excellent for managing all aspects of my electrical jobs, I find the estimating software excellent and having the ability to then automatically transfer to an invoice at the click of a button helps me get my invoices out quicker the communication between myself and my customers is fast but also helps me plan jobs so much faster, also the support from Tradebase is great so if I ever need them I know there support is going to be there and are always quick to respond and solve any matters immediately

An extremely useful tool in every aspect of job/customer organisation, sending invoices & receiving card payments

Have just started using Tradebase, so early days yet, but so far so good. Our company was looking to move away from the usual multiple spreadsheet management of jobs as things were being missed. Tradebase is now our one stop shop with all our client information, the jobs linked to that client, management notes, tasks, files, quotes and invoicing. It is all in one place, and our team can see exactly what is happening on a job and what needs to be done.

The admin team all agree on how user friendly it is and we like that we can share the work schedule with the field team along with job sheets showing what needs to happen on a job. Our only niggle is that you can only assign one person to a task. Sometimes we need multiple people on a task, but we can work around that for now. I have mentioned this to customer services and they have said it is something they are looking into.

Customer service is quick and friendly and the question I had, they sorted out for me, no issues at all. For the short time we have been using YourTradebase, we like it and it works for us.

This quoting and invoicing software is a breath of fresh air.
I feel like it has been set up by people who know how to make it a bit easier to do admin when your running your own business.
I am a sole trader and I am the admin, and accounts and operations for my business at the moment and Your Trade Base is making it a lot easier to do the two most important parts of the office side of my job. Each time I use it everything is nicley fromatted and professional looking, with useful reminders sent to me to chase up quotes or overdue invoices. It has a lot more functionality that I haven't used yet, but may become more useful over time.

The software is not perfect, but it is simple and ticks a few boxes of what I needed. Workflow does not always flow as it should, from quote, through the job, scheduling to invoicing. But I'm comparing with big packages (SimPro, Clik Services). The team is approachable and they appear to be responding to requests sharpish.

At this stage, I would say it is 4 stars for the software, but it is improving, 4 stars for value for money, 5 stars for the support. I gave 5 stars as I trust we will get there :)

Your Tradebase are exemplary. From when we first took out the package a year or so ago, the support we have received from them, as well as the software itself, has been fantastic, we cannot fault it or them in any way. We’re not “techy” people and find it very easy to use and if we ever run into any difficulties or require any advice or assistance, help comes easily and quickly. Thank you very much!
