James was extremely helpful and patient! In arranging insurance for our new house . We needed to be sure a certain clause was made to the policy and having tried a couple of direct insurance quotes, James was a breath of fresh air in assisting us . James has kept in regular contact as it has taken a few months for our sale to complete. Plus the quote was competitive which was good news.
