Had a couple of items for gifts customized with minor changes. Sarah did an amazing job and I know both recipients will love the items.
Items were as described, packed securely and arrived in reasonable time.

Had a pebble picture made for our niece and her new husband for their wedding - found lots of similar sellers, but wanted the pebbles behind the glass (many put them on top, which is probably absolutely fine, but I wanted them in a box frame behind) ordered and received within 5 days - messaged a few times to ensure wording was exactly how I wanted it, each time, received a message straight back reassuring me. The picture is literally perfect! Not given to our niece as yet, but I'm sure she'll love it!

I ordered a 1st anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law. The shipping takes a few weeks from the UK to the US so order early. They both loved the gift! My daughter said it was thoughtful and she was putting it on her favorite shelf, and her husband loved the kitties on it. I wasn't sure how the kitties would look, but they were adorable with whiskers drawn on. Very happy with the whole experience.
