This site is a scam,

I ordered a 100 packs of staples which costed $100 including shipping. A day after my order was processed, the supplier then messages me through the Yoycart website and says the shipping is actually $200 not $26 the original shipping price which I already paid for. So I decided to cancel my order and am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE!!

I bought a chip for the advertised price and after the payment confirmed they informed me that the price was very different, something like 10 times more. The chip still advertised for the same price as before, I want to get what I paid for.

I bought a puffing gun on yoycart in 2016 . There was meaningful customer service. I got my purchase delivered to a freight company in Guangzhou. So, yes, yoycart is legit as far as I know

I'm not sure exactly what the other reviewers are talking about but I've had several positive experiences. Only use this site if you're willing to wait a long time for the items. This is not ebay and even slower than aliexpress but the prices are decent and there are a few manufacturers that are not features on any other direct from china type site.

My first package arrived damaged and after messaging them and sending picture I received a full refund and did not have to send the product back.

The second purchase the post office lost it in Canada (where I live) and after I messaged Yoycart they helped me by telling me how to contact Canada post and deal with them. The package was found and everything was in good shape, all pieces were in better condition than anticipated.

I plan to buy with them again soon.

Dont do it - After paying for an item, and Having the money removed from my account, yoycart suspended the order and requested photos of the credit card I used to make the payment.
I declined and was asked for authorisation info etc, after advice from my bank i cancelled my credit card and my bank disputed the transaction a I received a refund.
A lot of time wasted....

You has to be the worst company to do business with. I placed and order #10063776 and without a reason, it was cancelled by you.
I wrote a complaint to Yoycart because you quoted me a price and when the charge was made to my credit card you jacked the price up, then you wanted to charge more for delivery.
When I asked a technical question you where ignorant in the matter saying that you were just a second seller, not a supplier.
I needed the part and to make matters worse I will see my refund in 2-3 weeks. What a scam. No wonder you make dealt of China. In the USA you would be charged with fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NOT SEND THE PRODUCT.

I ordered twice now and shipping was off for cost but when I got the package it weighed what is they said it did and I'm very happy with the product if you see something for $20 shipping that will not happen nothing ships from China for $20

It's a scam.
I try to buy a led lamp, a few days after pay.
I receive an email, saying that shipping costs are not $20
Now it's $128, all Yoycart products have a shipping cost
International $20(China Post) with 500g.
All products weighing more than 500g are wrong.
If you buy a product weighing more than 500g.
1- You will be charged.
2- You will receive an email saying that costs are now higher.
      What do you want to do? , do you pay more or we refund your
money?
3- Obviously and for dignity, you will answer back the money.
4- A few days later, yes, you receive the money, but not the entire
amount.
     (I think , assume management expenses, but they also do not
inform you about it)

All this has been informed to Yoycart,adding that i will inform on the net
about this.

I was going to buy som spare parts for my aircondition. The ad said "new", and there was no information about shipping cost / weight.
After I placed my order, they gave me a message, that the part was 2.nd hand, without any guarantee. I addition, they calculated an insane freight cost, due to an crazy estimate on weight, and wanted to charge aditional 50$ in freght cost. After I told them to cancel the order, and the reservation at my mastercard, they stated that the refund could take up to 30 days..., wich is not true... They only have to cancel the reservation on my card... Stay clear! This is not the kind of shopping experience I was looking for, and I bet others would agree!
