What a lovely company! I was blown away by the attention to detail in their gift wrapping service - a wonderful parcel to receive. I am always very impressed with their selection of children’s gifts, which meet the needs for both my 6 year old and my 9 month old. I have had the most wonderful experience from start to finish with Yoyo and Flo.
I couldn't be happier with my Easter shopping, yes I know it's early but I like to be organised.
There is a wonderful choice of very high quality goods and delivery is quick.
This is an excellent company where customer service is above and beyond, what more can you ask and 5* doesn't seem enough

After a boisterous play date and a broken mouse box, I reached out to yoyo&flo about sourcing a replacement. Sue was super helpful and organised a replacement very swiftly. The customer service was amazing and my little girls are very happy!

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a couple of items as a surprise for my wife, they arrived really quickly.
Unfortunately one of the items was damaged, this would not have been noticeable prior to dispatch.
I contacted Yoyo and Flo and had an almost immediate response and the issue was rectified within minutes for me.

The experience I have had is amazing
The experience I have had is amazing. There is no doubt that the customer service by Sue is the best I have ever had. Communication from start to finish is outstanding. The items arrived wrapped up beautifully and even received a hand written card from Sue.
I highly recommend YoYo & Flo. Get your Maileg items from Sue at Yoyo & Flo. If you have a query there is a telephone number where you can speak to Sue very quickly too, no hanging around. What a professional lady Sue is. I have never received a service before like this. Above and beyond.
