DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company!! YoYo Holiday does not even rate one star. They are a scam company. I purchased a Waldorf Doll and never received my order. I contacted them several times by email to no avail. They are not a reputable company. All they did was send me a Christmas Stocking which I did not order.

One star is too high for this scam of a company do not trust them they sent me a package that was way too small to hold any dolls just so they would have a shipping tracking number in the package was a junk Cheaply made Christmas stocking worth one dollar then they will send you on a wild goose chase trying to figure out where your packages which will never arrive good luck getting your money back they are as dishonest as it comes. Why Facebook would allow companies like this to cheat people over and over again is beyond me.

I ordered a beautiful doll from this site in October and never received it. Got a tacky Christmas stocking in the post as an apology to say doll would be delayed… still waiting. I have requested a refund several times to no avail.

I ordered a Waldorf doll 3 months ago and despite contact and reassurance from Customer Service, I have realised that it is a scam.
I have just got my money back via Paypal. It's an easy procedure with no questions asked.

They certainly don’t deserve any stars whatsoever! TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered my doll for my great niece on November 27th and paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now Friday, January 14 2022 and still no doll! I wrote to them twice and they indicated my order had been sent. For a while I was able to see what I now know to be a bogus shipping screen indicating that my order had been received in “Logistics”. My two messages were both responded to and indicated that I needed to have patience due to Covid! I can no longer see that screen at all. What scum bags!!! Can’t something be done about this????

Facebook needs to do a much better job of vetting their advertisers!!! Money is tight during this pandemic and it makes me ill thinking about all the people who were sucked into this scam!

I would give them 0 stars I ordered in November and never got my doll. I got a free gift of a stocking and it is January still no doll.

The dolls I ordered never arrived. I ordered in November. The tracking shows it never moved. The customer service emails back quickly blaming Covid but has no information to track. I will attempt a refund.

Have not received the doll.The tracking number was bogus. It said it was shipped on November 7th and never any update. I attempted to contact them 3 times. It looks like these doll pictures are stolen from other sites. I guess I should have realized these hand made dolls was cost much more. Etsy has people making them at about $175.00 per doll. Anyway, PayPal refunded my money in full yesterday. 44.48. Today I received a message saying the doll company is looking in to it. Give them time. They will get back to me. No thanks I’ll just keep my refund! Thank you Paypal

This is a major scam company!!!! Ordered the lighted Christmas Tree. Look beautiful but it just came Jan 3 and all it is is a small strand of led lights one step about dollar store lights😤 do not order from them

I would give NO stars if I could. Ordered a doll that came in a month late and looked nothing like the doll pictured on the website! Really?! So sad. My granddaughter was so disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I would have never ordered from them huge scam tried emailing no return tracking number was bogus emailed three times now this company is a scam!!! Don’t buy anything from them trying to get money back

I wish I could give them no stars!!! I ordered 2 dolls on November 13 and like the others I received a stocking and no dolls!! I went through PayPal but I’m not accepting any settlement on a 78.00 order. They are complete RIPOFFS!!

Unlike some others here we actually received a doll, but it was completely awful. They are using stolen pictures from reputable vendors, and if you are lucky enough to actually receive your order it will a garbage knock off made from cheap synthetics that looks like some terrifying mutant alien child. Luckily we received a full paypal refund. Stay away!

I saw these dolls on facebook and fell in love. My kids ordered me one for Christmas, needless to say, I never received it. My daughter got a stocking in the mail as well. Facebook has to stop advertising them. Their website should be taken down as well.

SCAM ALERT! I have the exact same story as everyone else-no doll, paid through “PayPal”on their website, received a stocking! I clicked on PayPal on their website to pay and PayPal has NO record of this transaction! So it’s a scam on 2 levels! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Facebook for NOT vetting their advertisers more thoroughly! Everyone is out to make money and apparently it’s rare to find a company that gives good customer service. I have complained to FB. Apparently YoYo Holiday wants to scam everyone on FB so they can get $50-100 from EVERY person that orders. My bank is saying Buyer Beware even though I thought I was purchasing through PayPal. I will not trust ANYTHING advertised on Facebook for sale again!

I ordered two 16’ outdoor light trees supposedly light show led. Paid $80 for the two. What I received a month later was two fairy light strings that are usually about $4-5 each. I’m going to my bank to try and reverse charges. I also sent them a text to make it right or I will sue them.

I ordered a Waldorf doll on 11/1/21. Tracking shows that it has been with a local courier for a month (weird). I tried to use the email on the website and my email was sent back as undeliverable. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. After reading all these reviews I realize I will not be receiving any doll.

Same review as everyone else. COMPLETE scam website. I ordered 5 dolls and got notification that they were “shipped”. Tracking still shows no progress on my order. I never received a response to my emails asking if they were scamming me, to please let me know….cue the crickets….
I’m quite diligent about checking reviews of companies that are unfamiliar to me. When I ordered at the end of November, reviews were positive—ANOTHER scam…I’m out $160.00….BEWARE
