Complete shambles
I made an appointment with a specific practitioner and was required to pay a £50 deposit to secure it - unusual in this profession to say the least. I duly arrived for my appointment - after a 90 minute drive, congestion charge and parking costs - to find Rejuva had no record of my booking. At first they told me I was in the wrong clinic until I pointed out I had been there before! Eventually they admitted the practitioner I had booked was not on the premises. They tried to blame ME, saying I hadn't sent them a screenshot of my deposit payment. In what world is the onus on a client to prove they've paid? I am currently embroiled in a debate about the refund I am due. Obviously I will not be returning. Complete shambles and it does not help that the staff don't have a command of the English language. Avoid at all costs and use a properly run clinic.
