Size chart is not accurate
I ordered a skirt and top for delivery to the US. I double checked my measurements and compared them to the size chart, but the sizing was way off upon receipt of the items. International return shipping is costly so I'm out of luck

First time buying
Ordered my item 26 June. Item arrived. Item delivered 30 June. On 1 July contacted Yumi as there was a flaw in the garment and I had not received the receipt or returns policy. Spoke with customer services who were helpful and guided me through returns. On 2 July returned garment via Royal Mail, with a brief note and photo of flaw. Also sent (as requested) photo via email to Yumi. I heard nothing until 10 July when Yumi indicated a refund had been issued. However my original purchase price was £60. From this I received a £9 discount under code WELCOME15 (£51) plus £3.95 postage and packing - total £54.95. I am to received a refund of £48.50 WHY??? Had the dress not been faulty I’d have kept it. Still not received the refund and it’s now 12 July… not a good experience.

A good quality occasion dress

Impressive range of dresses at a fair…
Impressive range of dresses at a fair price. Ordered several for size and choice. They don't promise next day delivery and charge a small fee for return postage but that helps keep prices down. Took a few days to process refund but again that is par for the course. Would use again.

Please note that we do not operate on the same scale as much larger retailers. Because of this, we always advise a 7 day turnaround when returning an order.

Nice dresses, follow up not so great
The service from Yumi for deliveries was spot on, the dresses are always lovely. However, I sent two dresses back to Yumi last week and omitted to put the invoice inside the parcel. I did email them to ask them what they would like me to do but I have still heard nothing from them. I have emailed quite a few times regarding this.

Bought Yumi Folk floral tunic dress through John Lewis.
Their website and YUMI website both described dress as 100% cotton.
This is not true.
Inside dress label states 95% polyester 5% elastane
Very disappointed with false claim.

Non standard sizing
I ordered the same size in all the items and only one fit reasonably well. The rest were all too big or far too small!
