WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY – THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!

This is by far the most unreliable, unprofessional, and disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t show up for the service we booked, with zero apology, and zero accountability — leaving us completely stranded and our plans ruined.

To make things worse, their staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and made no effort whatsoever to help. Their behavior was not just unprofessional — it was outright disgusting.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you care about your time, or basic human decency, stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other respectable and trustworthy tour operators in Vanuatu — this one is a nightmare.

You’ve been warned.
