Da der Live-Support "überlastet" ist, wird man gebeten, ein Support-Ticket auszufüllen.
Leider kann man dieses Ticket dann nicht abschicken.
Das macht den Eindruck, es ist gewollt, dass Supportanfragen ins Leere laufen.
Habe jetzt über das Kontaktformular eine Anfrage gestartet und habe auch direkt klar kommuniziert, dass wenn in den nächsten Tagen keine Antwort kommt, der Support weiter "zu beschäftigt" ist und keine Support-Tickets möglich sind, wird die Kohle eben über die Bank zurück gebucht und als Betrugsversuch markiert.

Suggesting a lack of response under these circumstances is not acceptable.
I also reject your claim that I did not use your support channels. As clearly stated in my original review (which you apparently did not read carefully), those channels were not usable at the time:
– Live chat was unavailable due to “overload” and redirected me to the ticket system
– The ticket system itself did not work (submit button non-functional)
The only functioning channel was the contact form, which I used.
These are verifiable facts.
The core issue remains unchanged: the product was advertised as activatable in Germany, which it is not. On top of that, the provided support paths to resolve this issue were effectively unavailable.
Instead of questioning customers and publishing misleading statements, it would be more helpful to ensure that your support systems actually work. A functioning ticket system and an available live chat would likely reduce the need for these kinds of public disputes.
This was my last purchase from your store.

I have now received a replacement key, which works. The immediate issue is resolved.
However, this does not change my overall assessment. The initial response from support attempted to shift responsibility onto the customer instead of addressing the actual problem. That kind of handling is not acceptable.
Based on this experience, I will not make any further purchases here. I have no interest in dealing with this kind of process again in the future.
Other platforms such as Kinguin, Eneba, etc. handle similar issues more efficiently and without blaming the customer.
Additional update:
Even after resolving the issue, support continues to insist that their ticket system “works fine,” despite the fact that it was not functional in my case at the time (non-working submit button, live chat unavailable).
This reinforces the impression that responsibility is still being shifted onto the customer rather than addressing the actual problem.
If a case involving such a trivial amount already leads to this level of friction and deflection, it raises serious concerns about how more significant issues would be handled.
My decision not to purchase here again remains unchanged.
