What a crappy website with an even worse customer service. The buttons for following the packages do not work, the staff pretends that they cannot cancel your order, even shortly after the purchase and long before they send it to you. They tell you to refuse the package instead and thereafter pretend that it has never reached them. Delivery takes ages, by the way, and you never receive the refund you should. Used to be a customer in the physical shops, bit I won't be no more.

I really do not understand all the positive feedback. I placed two times a order on website and every time they forgot my customer gift. At the beginning I thought it was just a mistake that was not done on purpose. I mean mistakes can happen sometimes. But when I got my second order after more than one week, I realised that the present was another time missing. This made me so angry, so I wrote immediately the customer service but they don’t even want to reply. That is literally a scam. I mean if you offer your customers presents for their orders then you also have to give them those presents! Now I spend 25€ for expensive greenwashed products. Never ever will I buy from the Yves Rocher website again!

Never bought a bad product there, everything smells good and works! I buy more and more stuff here, instead of the mainstream brands, cause I know it's cruelty free and more natural.
