EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND Z1
MITCH INSTALLATION ENGINEER WAS A STAR NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE

Been using Z1 for 3 years now and the service has always been amazing. All requests are actioned quickly and the whole team are so helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been with Z1 telecom for several years and decided to move. The changes were all set up behind the scenes, ordering BT etc.
Mitch came and set up the whole system. 5 telephone lines in total, broadband and WiFi. He ensured everything was working as it should and was a pleasure to deal with. Brilliant.

Just had a new Telephone system fitted, couldn't be happier with the service that we received from everyone involved.

Z1 came out over a couple days to upgrade our phone system and were very efficient with minimum disruption to our practice, very friendly and ensured we all had the information we needed and the details for aftercare and any future queries. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Z1 came into School during the Easter Holidays and installed a new phone system. The work was completed with minimal fuss and in a very timely fashion.
Upon the return to School, Z1 have assited to ensure that system works correctly and ironed out any teething problems that occured. I would highly recommend them.

our swap over as been handeled very well without ourselves having to lift a finger. mitch the engineer installed and explained everthing comfortably within a day, with the minimum of disruption to our normal working day.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Z1 Telecom for the smooth and efficient switch over from BT to Z1. Thanks especially to Claire in the Z1 office who's customer service skills are second to none. All my questions and queries have been dealt with in a very quick, friendly and efficient way. Nothing has been to much trouble for her. Also many thanks to Mitch Head of engineering who came and installed our new ipecs phone system, this was installed in a very quick and efficient way. The phones were down for no more than 5 minutes during the switch over. Mitch is very experienced and knowledgeable engineer and nothing was too much trouble for him. I have had to call him on a couple of operational questions and he has given me the answers instantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Z1 Telecom team and the iPecs phone system to replace your outgoing IDSN system.

Steve and Mitch provided a great service once again replacing our old system with new up to date IP phones. Fast, efficient and first class service!

We recently changed our phone systems and they have been very good from the start. We continue to ring up Mitch who fitted the system to tweak and to deal with any queries we have. He is always available and happy to help. I would definitely recommend them to any company who want a hassle free changeover.

I manage a large children's charity and have been intending to replace our very outdated phone system for two years. However, the potential cost was a big issue. Z1 Telecom made contact and offered a new phone system which has led to a reduction in my organization's monthly phone bill by approximately £50 a month. The engineers who installed the new system were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Z1 Telecom.

Amazing customer service from initial contact to installation. Very professional, courteous and friendly. The two day installation was seamless with zero disruption or downtime. Mitch was a great advocate for Z1 explaining everything thoroughly and checking that we were happy with how our new system was set up.

Have used this company for many many years just completed an update telephone system today. From start to finish Mitch and Andy were professional polite and adhered to our Covid 19 rules. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and technology with regards operating our new system, which gives us every confidence with the system and Z1 as a company.

We switched to Z1 Telecom after a very poor service from BT. We have received a great service from Steve, Mitch and the rest of the team, the service levels are excellent. We have had several products from them ranging from telephone systems & lease lines to CCTV and every time the install has been very efficient with no disruption to our business. The technical support team are also very prompt in how they deal with things and are easily contactable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company is not to be trusted, they are not only the most expensive, they pay cash inducements to employees to get what they want ie contracts When you then complain they all close ranks. Tried charging me £7000 for a telephone number that I can get for free. There are plenty more decent companies out there to choose from, don’t go near these with a barge pole.
They do t want to know when it comes to complaints no help whatsoever.

Called pretending to be BT OpenReach.
They're not, it's just a sales tactic...
They scrape your line details from the OpenReach portal to sound legit, and offer 'grants', but it's just a very dishonest sales tactic.
They lied about end of life of lines in our area in order to get through, and then spun themselves as 'working with OpenReach' when they're just trying to sell stuff and have zero actual affiliation with OpenReach.
