That site is very limited. If you check everyday over the period of 2-3 weeks, you could see they have over and over again only the same brands.Deliveries are very slow, you pay for delivery and return is much more limited vs Zalando.

I ordered (and paid) for a set of travel luggage (cabin size and the large ones) for Christmas gift, and they delivered only the small one, sending me a message that my 'return' request for the large one was processed (I never did apply for a return...)...
If you do not have fu**ing stock, 1) do not list the item, 2) if you did, which happens, just be honest about it, and try to solve it - without intending to make me believe, that it was me, who cancelled the order...
Never again - I lost time, and nerves, and now I will need to return the small one as well...

The customer service cannot update the delivery address before the order has been shipped. This is possible in any web company shipping goods. I had to cancel my order and now the goods are not available anymore.

Twise they did't refund the full sum that they owed me when i returned more than one product. It's like the staff steals parts of returned products and refunds you only for the ones left. I guess I should start filming myself closing the box with the products when I'm returning them...but then again I'm not buying again from them...
Free bottle of urine
Zalando Lounge very kindly included a full bottle of stale urine with my order. When I raised this with them they offered a very weak apology and a discount code with a minimum spend for future purchase. Seriously! Avoid unless other people's bodily fluids are your thing. 🤮

Horrible customer service - they cancel existing orders based on "technical difficulties" where there were none as the orders were processed just fine (I made 5 orders within 4 days - those were all campaigns with extreme discounts - 2 small orders were shipped, 3 bigger ones not - WHY?, what king of technical issues apply on just some orders? And there were many customers who received even the bigger orders so I really dont understand the whole deciding process of this company). They have no will to do anything about it and as an "apology" they send you 10% discount voucher (LOL). Will never order from them again.

After Zalando lounge had sold cheap items of expensive brands the other day and I happend to buy a lot of shoes as they were good price, taken screenshots of my order and everything, payment went through as always, then I just got an email from them this evening saying that they have cancelled my order as they had technical issues on their website!! That cannot be legal. As it was a mistake made from their behalf, false advertisement prices and since the purchase gone through for them prices they advertised them for that day I cannot see how it's legal to suddenly cancel customers orders, as its them who have made a big mistake. I am done with them. And can definitely NOT recommend them. This is just enough now, not only this last times I ordered which is about a month ago, I got send already used and dirty watch out, which wasn't working at all and also a pair of headphones where one of the sides didn't work. Hope you're happy making a fool of people with your false price advertisements! Especially when orders where already done and paid for!

I have been buying from Zalando lounge since 2015. I find many good designer bands in good prices. Nevertheless, since summer 2021 the discounts they offer are always inferior to the competitors like otrium, veepee and bestsecret. I don't understand but now you see nikes feom 80 euro to 67 euro. This is not the zalando lounge we know anymore. Sometimes the discount is smaller than the one offered from Zalando for the same item. I dont get it...
One last issue is one per of PS Paul Smith pants has etiquettes that are not the usual ones. I raised my concern and after 2 months they just "reassured" me that their suppliers are reliable the products genuine without addressing the issue properly. So be aware of this too.

I am happy shopping with Zalando lounge, my only concern though is most often, it takes ages for my order to arrive as they claim to gather all the order together, and they take payment on the time of order. If they can hold the payment 3 days prior to delivery then I will be a happier customer. Other than that, I am satisfied with their goods and service. No problems with returns and refunds too.😊

The discounts are sometimes good, sometimes not so as you can find same prices in sales season elsewhere. But the delivery times are quite often too long as well as the return / refund process, feel like they are trying to keep money as long as possible.

I think they are great with their promotions and I have seen their ads on instagram for months... i was excited to buy at such nice prices. I placed the order and the money was returned in three days - their reason was "technical problems". I am not upset about it and I am glad they returned the amount immediately. But I have unsubscribed as I read all the reviews here and I feel there is a gap between their marketing department and the distribution channel. I hope they work on it.
