Not like they used to be
Not like they used to be, I ordered an item that was in stock and 2 weeks later it was still not sent, I emailed them after a week and was told it in the final stages of dispatch but still nothing after another week. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

No issues, item I ordered arrived ok when I expected it. Packaging looked a bit battered when it arrived which made me worried the item itself might be too but it was all good.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, ordered an mtg precon and opened the box to find it was filled with fake cards from another game! Went back and forth with customer service every day for a week sending multiple pictures of what they sent and are now denying me a refund or replacement! Avoid if you are wanting legit products!

False item delivered
I ordered a codex bundle and was delivered a draftnight bundle. I was offered to return it or get a 10% discount, however, I was not given the option of getting the codex bundle I ordered. The only positive part about my experience was the customer service. I spoke with Lisa. She replied in a quick and polite manner and did her best to help me.

Very helpful and friendly customer service
I had an issue with EU import VAT being billed by the postal carrier. Lisa from Zavvi customer service was very helpful and helped to solve the issue with a refund of the VAT. The parcel itself was packed very well and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Zavvi is great!
Zavvi is another great place to purchase geeky collectibles and also accessories from films or favourite games/ genres. What separates Zavvi from others is their special discount on products you wouldn’t get anywhere else. Making things more affordable and appealing. Sometimes you do have to shop around to get better prices. However, products I’ve purchased from them are always quality. Delivery service is usually reasonable and not had any problems so far with communications with Zavvi.
