Able to create my cards smoothly. Loved the finished product and delivery timing was perfect.

From navigating website to being able to speak with customer service and get a reply to the product itself! A fantastic experience. I love this company.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Avoid it at all costs unless you order your item months before you need it. I paid for expedited shipping. It is now 8 days since I placed my order (4 days after it was shipped) and still have not received my item. I will NEVER order from Zazzle again.

I realize that when I need something Unique and Special, it's Zazzle. I tend to do T-shirts, but my personal business card always gets responses -- You provide all
the elements for creativity.

I ordered 4 cards for my grandchildren’s baptism, first communion and graduations. Received email that they were shipped. After not receiving cards, I went back to track shipment to find out my order was canceled with no reason listed! They never contacted me. Still awaiting refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Love shopping on Zazzle! I always find unique cards etc that I can't find at stores. I order customer return address labels through them as well and love their choices. Always have quick shipping and I feel this is a high quality site. Highly recommend!

i like how fast i got my business card order because i needed them asap and i thought they would arrive the day before my event but they actually arrived 4 or 5 days before my event. i did not pay extra for expediated shipping. The use of the website was seamless, i was able to filter out a lot of their designs to find what i was looking for, the only thing that i did not like, when l was looking for foil cards or shining glittery cards the cards that i saw were not actually shimmering, glittery or foiled and i did not know they were not true foil or shimmering business cards until i clicked on it to start designing the cards so i finally gave up looking for true foil or shimmering or glittery business cards and just picked something that was basic. I would use them again.
