I received the wrong product

I received the wrong product. I understood that I was ordering a canvas to hang on the wall but what I received was a door matt. I would like to receive a canvas to hang on the wall or a full refund.

Horrible Experience/Product/Customer Servive

I spent $150 in shipping fees alone, because I had to order a sample, which turned out crappy, and then order three more samples, from which I was able to pick an invitation that looked nice. I ordered the quantity of invites that I needed, and had the exact same item printed from the sample that I liked, but what I received was not the same quality as the sample. I then had to spend an hour on a customer service chat, because they cannot offer their customers the courtesy of phone customer service. Typing online with a customer service agent is extremely time-consuming, and they do not have service outside of regular work hours, so I had to spend an hour of my workday doing a chat with someone when it could have been a five minute phone call. Between ordering the samples and getting my first order of invitations, then having to re-order the invitations because what I received wasn’t the same as the sample, I wasted 10 days of waiting on shipping, and $100 in expedited shipping fees. When I received the reprint of my incorrect invitations, it was the exact same Item as the incorrect order. So they sent me two orders that were the exact same incorrect and lower quality prints. Also: I had to pay almost $50 between the two orders for “high definition” printing quality.

I had to spend a second full hour on customer service chat after receiving my second incorrectly printed order . After my second chat experience, I took all of the cards that I ordered to a local print shop and they were able to spot the difference immediately and re-print my invitations correctly within the hour.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have wasted a month of my life, which is a month of my guests waiting to get their invites—because that is how long it took from the first sample order until the last incorrect order, and also hours of my time working on the designs.

I should also note that after my very first sample, I had to have my engagement photos completely re-edited because the quality of the print that I received from Zazzle was so low, it made all my photos completely dark and unuseable.

Please do not use Zazzle. They are unreliable and you do not know what you’re going to receive.

Loved it!

The invitation came out exactly as I wanted. The colors were beautiful. And the card stock looks and feels amazing. And they came earlier than promised! Overall great experience!
