The customer support is non existent
The customer support is non existent. I paid through bitcoin and premium was not activated. I got no reply after 3 messages sent, I got ignored. Another time I've sent them messages related to their interface which was not working. Again no answer. Not to be trusted. Don't pay for this stuff.

An avid user of them since 2015, so far the best
They provide little feature in what they offer, but it's the best thing one can ask for.
They provide upto mark service for their pricing, I have never faced any challenges be it speed, remote upload to GDrive, never had to contact support.

Was great whilst it worked
Was great whilst it worked, now cannot login in. Good interface and great speeds, however only 10 concurrent downloads.
Recover password doesn't work, mails to support and twitter ignored.
