Their customer service was great all throughout and everything was delivered smoothly and on time.
The chocolates themselves are.. good, but nothing special, not worth the price in my opinion.

Decent flavors, abysmal vfm
Nice packaging although the boxes are much smaller than I was expecting. Regarding the flavor, pralines were 4/5, but the hearts were mediocre at best (2/5).
Prices are exorbitant taking into consideration the small package size and that they are quite higher than the prices of other high end chocolatiers (Bernachon, Neuhaus, Marcolini, Pralus, Corrallo etc) whose products I find decisively better than yours.
Overall value for money 1/5 and I don’t see me buying again.

Our chocolates are carefully crafted by our Master Chocolatier, a World Champion, to create refined and indulgent flavors. Of course, taste is very personal, and it is entirely possible that our Heart-shaped chocolates did not match your preferences. I would be happy to discuss this further, as your impressions are very important to us.
I am glad to hear that you particularly enjoyed our pralines, which are part of our 26 numbered chocolate recipes. Each chocolate is designed to be powerful and long-lasting on the palate, made from entirely natural ingredients, and appreciated by many Michelin-starred chefs.
I sincerely hope that you might explore some of our other creations in the future to discover the full range of our products.

Dollar store chocolate is better
This was overrated it didn’t even taste that good. Regular grocery store chocolate tastes better than this chocolate. Very disappointing, I was mocked by the recipient for paying this much for a chocolate like that didn’t even taste special….
