I got my order within 24 hours and it was properly packaged and the item was just as nice as the listing. I had no issues with this order and I am pleasantly surprised it wasn't shipped from some overseas warehouse. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Zeagoo.

This company no return service and the customer service phone number is fake. It took over 3 weeks to received my order, and the quality are not good I was order size M, but end out some like size S, some like size L. I sent 5 emails to asking return my order but no one replied my emails and no one answer the phone. It’s totally horrible experience!

I'm surprised at how much I love this dress with or without a belt. It is very sheer and I would wear it again. It is highly recommended.

This company is a scam from beginning to end. Buyer beware! They don't honor their returns with shipping. And to return a item to CHINA!!!! Cost $150.00. Yes China! They are scamming Americans out of their money. You order one thing they send the wrong item, they WON'T pay shipping. They got your money you have something useless. COMPANY IS A OVERSEAS SCAM ORGANIZATION.......

Ordered a couple of items but failed to arrive so they issued a refund as the goods were out of stock - no problem.
Emailed them 3 weeks later to ask if stocks were in and they advised me positively so I again placed the order.
Guess what - NO STOCK
These guys are duds so buy elsewhere to avoid the problems

Received my ZEEAGOO order after four weeks. Very poor quality and nothing fit despite using their size chart. Customer service telephone number was not valid and emails to customer service were returned as undeliverable.

Ordered a month ago and never received the items. When I checked on the status it’s says returned. Can’t even get a hold of customer service.

Fair quality for the price and This piece looks exactly like the pic, light and breathable.

BEWARE shipping cost to return is at buyers expense, and you will have to ship them back to CHINA! I ordered 2 identical sets, both XL, but different colors. I am 5’ 4” and 165 pds. I even sized up. They fit completely different, one top is super tight on the chest. The closure/buttons are different on each set. Pro: Did received them within a week, which is super fast, as they ship from CHINA. The material is a heavy cotton, it doesn't look cheap, colors are rich, and good workmanship. Cons: They never tell you on their return policy, that you will be returning items to CHINA, and the return shipping cost will be high. I contacted them, they told me it will be expensive to ship them back, and offered me a $20.00 credit and 20% on next purchase. I decided it was not smart to keep spending more money. Lesson: only order 1 garment to get a feel on their sizing, you may need to size up two sizes up, and order knowing that you may end up having to keep them. I ended up keeping the sets, I will use pants, or will end up gifting to someone :( .

Delivery was late, It took almost a month but the items were nice, soft fabric, and stylish.

No tracking received and it took a few weeks to receive 2 outfits I ordered but it was worth the wait. Love the clothes and I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered almost 3 weeks now there is no follow up emails no tracking number not even a text to say we received your order this is my first time ordering any it will be my last customer service is poor

Very Disappointing! Took nearly a month, didn’t realize it was coming from China. Now won’t even try to return because don’t want to pay shipping. 2/3 of the items are definitely not the high quality shown on their website, poor quality fabric, odd fit, jumper with very high waist. 3rd item way too small despite using size chart and cheap material. Never again!!!

Great dress and material, getting it slightly tailored for a more flattering shape at the waist line.

You cannot return items.
I purchased two jumpsuits and the fit was terrible. The waist was too high and tight. I asked to return it but was told I would have to ship it to China at my own expense which is over $50. They offered to give me a refund of $17 plus a discount on future purchases which I would not use. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

It's nicely made, good fabric, I like the design and it can be worn by itself or over a shell.

I was so excited to receive the jumpsuit. The fabric is NOT linen at all so just that detail is upsetting . Looked so much better in the picture. The fit is horrible , inexpensive fabric. Would not recommend.
