I have been working with Zeitview for years (when they used to be Dronebase). They were the easiest/quickest and cheapest option to get aerial photography and B-roll footage for my commercial real estate job; at some point in the last year (end of 2024 or so) their website became non-functioning. I couldn't access my past missions unless I used an old email that linked to a mission. I couldn't order new missions through the website either. I've emailed and complained multiple times to customer service, but they really don't seem to care. I've put in a couple orders via email since I can't order online anymore, but the responses are delayed and I never get a confirmation, but then randomly I'll get an email that my photos are ready. While I appreciate that they got the job done, I just have no confidence in their ability anymore due to the lack of customer service and issues with their website. No one in my office is using them anymore either - it's not worth the headache to try to work with their issues. We'd rather pay a little more to another drone company that actually responds in a timely manner and doesn't have these tech issues.

Beware Pilots I was subcontracted by Zeitview to capture a full site inspection at the Home Depot located at 409 N Jackson RD, Pharr TX. They have refused to pay based on the Thermal not being done. Not True, I was on site from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM I was told to upload all the assets to DroneDeploy and I did. I have proof that the thermal was done because it is on DroneDeploy's WEB site.

They hardly pay anything. I am a pilot with them and the amount they pay has gone down to under $80! They wanted orthomosaics and total perimeter shots on a 2+ acre property. There is currently a listing for a 6+ acre for $70. Stay away pilots and customers -- contact a company directly!

Formerly Dronebase - I left a review there too; 2nd go with DB Zeitview: Same as before - too many points of contact, the points of contact seem unfamiliar with what drone flying actually is, the points of contact lack reading compression or proper English skills to understand/communicate effectively to solve seemingly simple problems.
