Amazing help with my kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for the great service Marley and Max!!
Fast, Friendly, and Professional Plumbing Service
I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. They responded incredibly quickly—on the same day—which was a huge relief. The personnel were very friendly, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. Most importantly, they solved the problem efficiently and much faster than I expected. I truly appreciate their reliability and expertise, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
THE WORST Experience
This is not the first time. The same company representatives came to my house, tries to intimidate and falsify information and tries to push to sign a contact on the fly right that moment? Both times I had the worst experience with the salesperson. If this is their way for selling subscription, I dont need such kind of service. I would rather pay more to cares about the customer experience than paying thugs.
Scammers
I'm a new homeowner
A sales person knocked on my door.
He claimed that all the other homeonwers in the block are subscribed to this service. That just last year they cleared a blockage in this very house.
He said that every october they come to sign people up. I said I need to consult with my neighbors and think about it, but he said that he already came last week (supposedly I wasn't home), and that I have to sign right now. And that I can't call them back later, it has to be signed in person right now.
Once he saw I'm not signing right there and then, he lost his eagerness and just left.
Seems very fishy.
Shady company, avoid at all costs
Came to knock on our door last year, and asked if we'd be interested. We originally said yes, and the salesperson said they'd send us an email so that we could choose our package. Obviously, this was never done, and they automatically "subscribed" us to their most expensive package by withdrawing that money from our bank account. After one year of having paid them for nothing, since we didn't need them, I saw that same amount withdrawn from my account again. I asked for the bank to revert that payment, since we got no notification whatsoever that this would be renewed. But then suddenly, they came out of their silence only then, to say that we'd need to pay them extra, since the cancellation takes one month to come into effect. This service is pure and simple robbery. Avoid this service, and their shady practice.
Always there to fix my issue
I have been a customer for a couple of years, thankfully only needed to use their services a few times. But always turn up and resolve the issue, which is mainly a blockage in the shower.
I would definetly not recommend this…
I would definetly not recommend this company since:
1- when I had contract with them I asked them to come and do plumbing, but the technician came over and said it is not needed for now. that time was close to end of the contract and wanted me to renew the contract for another year.
2- they sign contract with you but without letting you know they renew the contract and force you pay for one more year.
in general I would not recommend this company for both professional and financial reasons. think about other companies.
True to its word
The company does what it says it will do during the sales process. Quick and friendly service to any issues related to leakages and blocks.
Feels like a scam
Feels like a scam. A salesman came to my door and started explaining how previous owners (3 years ago) used to have this subscription. He also said that the subscription is almost a necessity due to sinking houses and every house in the neighbourhood has it. Well, up-to here it was not a problem. However, I was misled into signing up for it stating that it is monthly cancellable (just like an insurance). However, when I got a call later confirming the subscription, it said the contract is for 1 year. This sent my alarm bells ringing.
Scammers
Scammers. I just moved to my apartment. The person came to my door and told me that it is a compulsory subscription and it is owned by all other apartments in the same building complex. I assumed it is one the compulsory shit when you own an apartment. However, a person called me with a anonymous number (which is also indication of scam) and asked me if I approve to continue with my contract. I asked is it compulsory service? She said no. I said why did your colleague told me so, she said I don't know. I asked to cancel my contract because it was just 5 days after that dude came to my door to fill the form. She directed me to the website to terminate contract and ta da! On the website it says you need to send a letter for termination! I filled the form below and if they don't cancel it, I will go to the court with all video recordings of my security camera for front door and report this!
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. Run away from this guys. They knock on the door, make you sign a contract without you noticing (saying they are from the municipality and they take care of the entire neighborhood), give you 14 days of consideration to cancel but make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel. Email is not delivered (and they know), the form on their website does not work (and they know), the lady on the phone says she cannot do anything for you (and claims she is not the one knocking on our doors - but she is aware of the lack of transparency)… I don’t understand how can anyone think that they will have a sustainable business if they act like this. I’ve sent a registered letter and I’m waiting for the confirmation of this yearly contract that I don’t want.
Deceptive tactics and dishonest practices – stay away
From the very beginning, the recruiter used vague language and intentional omissions to lure me in. “You’ll decide later,” he kept saying. What he didn’t mention — not even once — was that I was being signed up for a subscription.
Fast forward 14 days, and I receive a confirmation that I’m locked into a monthly payment plan. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had missed the cancellation window, and now I’m forced to pay for an entire year of a service I don’t want and never agreed to knowingly.
This is not just poor communication — it’s deliberate manipulation. A trap, disguised as a friendly onboarding call. It’s clear this company relies on deception as a strategy to inflate its client base.
Honestly, it would be easier — and smarter — to pay once if and when you actually need help with sewerage, rather than get locked into a pointless monthly subscription for absolutely nothing.
Do not fall for it. There’s nothing professional or trustworthy about being tricked into a contract. If you're considering working with them — run in the opposite direction.
asking iban at your door front
So dodgy that they’d show up at your door front and ask for your personal informatio as well as iban details. If it’s a legit company, the way they run business is ridiculous like scammers.
Pushing to sign the contract
Two guys called my door and tried to push me to sign the contract with them straight away. When I declined and didn't want to provide my bank details, they became rude and pushy. To be honest, they seemed like a scammers.
good quality service
insurance is important because you have the same problems again and again in time
Unreliable and commercially unfair
Whoever put one star here, is right. These people make you believe that everyone has a contract with them and they put a lot of pressure on you to make you sign. They tell you things like “today is the last opportunity”, “you must sign now or never”, “you can’t read the contract and decide later”, “VVE covers this and we cover that”, “the previous owner had a contract with us, now it’s your turn”.
This is the typical approach of a scammer. Whatever service they actually provide, if this is how it starts, you better choose someone else. If they make you sign, remember to cancel immediately via registered mail and report them to the relevant authorities.
