Incompetent and appallingly rude staff.

Incompetent and appallingly rude staff.

I received a quote riddled with errors, appearing to charge more than 5x the retail price for some parts (Shimano inner chainring). I call to get some clarity and got pretty much told to get lost.

Discussing a quote is the bare minimum. If you ask “does it matter what [part] we put on your bike?”, this job is not for you..

It’s such a shame because this was my local, and the women who used to work here was really skilled and helpful. Pains me to say but avoid it at all cost and prefer A&S Cycles next door.
