I bought a fuel saving device from this company, it didn't work! They asked me for a video of it not working which I sent. Haven't heard a word since! No refund,just silence! Do not buy from this company!

Ordered neck massage from this UK…
Ordered neck massage from this UK site,it finally arrived 4weeks later. The item did not work, contacted company and they then send me the link to return the item. The site did state that if you wanted a refund you return item at your own expense, what they failed to say that this item was sourced in China, and that was the return address, not their UK address in Herfordshire as shown on their website. I contacted them again to say the cost to return was £20, which i was not prepared to pay for an item that was 'not fit for purposse' and did not give indication that this item was sourced outside the UK. The company said they would refund me 15% as a goodwill gesture if I kept the product that did not work, obviously I was not interested in this! This company continues to advertise the same item in there site, state they are a UK company, also importantly there is no way to leave a review of your product. Avoid this company at all costs, they are a total SCAM!
