I'm not actually the product, but the marketing

I'm not actually reviewing the product as I have never purchased from them and never will because the commercials are ridiculous. Women buy bras and women don't want to see other women sticking their boobs in the camera. We're jumping up and down showing that your boobs don't jiggle in the bra. That's just not going to make me want to buy your bra.

This seller is a scam

This seller is a scam. Purchased an item that was never delivered and could not get anyone to return multiple messages. PayPal immediately refunded me the money.

Bioma Health Non willingness to resolve matters with customers

Zenalift’s and Miskyle’s Customer support is horrible, they failed to update my delivery address and delivered my bras to the wrong address.

Dispite my consistent efforts to reach them, they refused to update the information on their end and insisted that they were going to deliver to the wrong address and provided no solution and refused to refund.

I had to ask my bank to dispute them and demand credit refund on my behalf.

You guys keep stressing your policies and guidelines but that has nothing to do with the fact that you’re not refunding me after following these guidelines.

It's a complete scam

I am honestly telling u guys I placed my order in September 15 I received only 1 item out of 8. They said the rest will follow since then i tried calling them emailing them numerous times, I then threatened to go and report it to the police and trading standards, I got an email back from a woman was very apologetic and said the same the suppliers are taking their time. They will refund my money back ASAP, here we are in March 2016 still not heard from them. I Hav never experienced this in my life. I had to report it to trading standard just waiting for the outcome. This can't be going on it happens to me and many others but we can't let it happen to any1 else. Whoever is reading this, TRUST me don't order from this place.

Their business will need to be closed down.

Scam

Really poor customer service. Have not received any goods. No answer on phone. Replied to emails that I have sent her. She said I am going to get a refund. Nothing yet but not holding my breath. Will have to go to the bank to chase money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM

Not a scam. please have some patience.

Hi guy's. Just to inform you that I have placed an order in august and still not received it. I have spoken to the owner of Zena was told all orders have gone out that they received and refunds will be sent hopefully next week for anyone who has not received their order.

She was very apologetic and I think we need to give her a chance by not slating her at the first opportunity. Have some patience guys!! She's only human, and working alone now.

Personally I haven't cancelled my order because my sister has recieved hers in the last week and is absolutely beutiful and worth waiting for. Their business has suffered because of all this confusion. This is a genuine company and the only reason they do not answer the calls or emails is because there are simply too many to answer. .

I received my items eventually and was very pleased with the price and good condition of the fabric but it didn't arrive in the time stated, I called the number provided but it just kept going to voicemail, no correspondence via email either, very poor communication

zena boutique order

aweful and A complete sham. Didnt get my orders. She, kept making promises of posting it via email but would not pick the phone.In the end I opened a dispute with paypal online. She then sends a fake tracking number to paypal consisting of just zeros. I phoned paypal up and they refunded my money straight away. I did put it on her face book page for people to be careful as she is a fraud. she then blocked me from her page while she still continues to sell her stuff on line. Please be very careful. she does seem to have some followers who praise her.

She isnt a Scam!

I was wary when my order didnt come in the time specified but when I called up and Zena Boutique xplained the situation with the suppliers failing to deliver stock on time I gave her the benefit of doubt. And ....im so glad I did!!

She posted the suits from my order as and when they came in to her and for the price the suits were of amazing quality and actually so stunning. The size and fit were also perfect. Its a shame really that due to suppliers she has recieved so many bad reviews. Ive ordered from her previously too and again cant fault the products. Albeit a lengthly wait it was worth it!

Everyone waiting on refunds or suits rest assured it will be completed soon as was mine.

Worst on the planet

Made 2 orders at end of August nd still waiting fr delivery/refund.first they apologised nd said something wrong wd the delivery.i phoned them few times but no ans.they put dodgy no in website.after several emails they mentioned one of their staff stole some products nd they will deliver some nd refund some amount.but its bn nearly 2 months now.now i will go for paypal dispute nd complain to financial ombudsment and consumer rights.avoid them.fake

Ridiculous!

DO NOT AGREE WITH THE REVIEW BELOW - I BELIEVE SHE IS PROBABLY A PART OF ZENA BOUTIQUE AND WANTS TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO PLACING MORE ORDERS!

Placed my order on the 7th of September and was due to come within 10-14 days but its now the 12 of October and I have not had my delivery. Emailed them at the start of last week and had a reply saying that there was a delay in their shipment and they would send out once received but no correspondence has been made ever since! I have emailed and phoned numerous times but nothing! STAY AWAY FROM FRAUDSTERS!

If there was a fault with suppliers then surely you would give a full refund to all customers and not continue to keep a hold of their money - this is a form of stealing!

Not replying to any emails nor answering phone calls!!

Still trading as a business and not delivering goods is a form of committing fraud!!

DISGUSTING

Ordered clothes in August. Two and a half months later no clothes. Lying emails saying they will be posted out but weren't. Suffice to say a paypal dispute has been opened.

😡😡😡😡Worst experience ever 😡😡😡😡😡

ordered the suit in good faith
It stating free next day delivery
Rang customer services constantly no one picked up or it was call divert and only could leave a message
No response from any messages left
Had one response to say clothes were out of stock and were awaiting a delivery
That's all I had off them 😡😡
So why did I pay for something that was not in stock when it was clearly showing it was
Never had such a terrible experience in my life
Clothes turned up four weeks later
Absolutely disgusted stay away from them

Worst company ever

I ordered 3 suits in the 1st week of September and still haven't received them.. I have emailed and rang this company several times and have not had a reply. Avoid. Do not order!

Rubbish, please do not order from this company

I ordered a suit on 1st September 2015, it has been six weeks since then I still have not received my order! I have tried ringing their customer service number, it goes straight to voicemail, I have sent numerous emails, but have not received any replies!' The money has been taken from my account! I am starting to believe that they are commiting fraud, after reading Facebook comments from other customers!! The Facebook page no longer exists because there were too many negative comments!'

I was complete shocked and amazed!

The second I opened the package and saw the lovely box, I was in shock. I really wasn't expecting the packaging to be so lovely. And it just got even better when I opened the box. The sari was of such a good a quality, and what a bargain! Not only that, free petticoat and free next day delivery. You can't go wrong! Already placed a second order as a gift. So happy with my purchase!
