Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They do not park customers' cars in a secure parking area but leave them on the street instead. They appear to be fake company rather than a professional parking company, and I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle ever again.

Absolutely terrible service, was lied to and said the car would be there in 30 minutes it was not, after 1hr I called where the guy said he was on his way when actually I could see the car on my phone and it hadn’t moved at all. The guy said it’s busy due to traffic which I then told him I can see the car via tracker and it hasn’t moved. He then said I would receive a call in 10 minutes. Half hour passed and the guy called.

Car was delivered back to us DAMAGED, complaint raised. Yet to hear back. AVOID!!

TERRIBLE RUDE COMPANY

If I could rate these scammers at -10 I would. I waited around 1 hour and 30 mins after landing for my car. I called after waiting 20 minutes from collecting my bags and was told the driver was eating and was also shouted at. I waited another half an hour and they put the phone down on me, I then had to waited another 20 minutes when my car finally arrive it had an extra 14 miles on it so had been driven and was covered in bird droppings. On calling them the next day to complain I checked the waiting time and was told 30 minutes was their agreed time. I was told to email my compliant and the phone again was put down on me. They are rude and a rip off.

What a shambles

What a shambles had to call over 10 times before call was answer to let them know neatly there. Then waited 30 mins for guy to show up to hand car over, no apologies. When I arrived back called from baggage claim, told to call back when I have my bags . So called 5 minutes later to be told to stay in airport, driver would contact me, rang for update after 30mins , told traffic bad again driver would call me. After 75 minutes driver rang to say on level 4, and to make my way. Once i arrived on level 4, my car was not there, had to wait a further 15 mins. Absolutely disgraceful service, DO NOT USE

The most horrible experience ever

The most horrible experience ever. We had to wait one hour when was told 10-15 minutes. The car had on board 96 miles extra and it makes a horrible cracking noise when I steer the wheel. Nobody is answering the phone. I was wondering if we could make a collective complaint about this company.

awful

awful - continuously lied to - almost missed my flight , car taken somewhere random, incredibly rude and aggressive on the phone - picked up one in 20 calls.
waited 1hr 18 minutes for car when i returned to heathrow.

Poor service

Those people are rude with poor customer service. They left my car unattended and left the key there too and some while damaged it. Don’t use this company fake and unhelpful

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my car after landing – completely unacceptable, especially after a long journey.

Tried calling multiple times and got no answer, and when I finally did get through, it was just excuse after excuse. What made it worse is I checked my car tracker and could clearly see the car hadn’t even been moved, so I was being fobbed off.

This is supposed to be a convenience service, but it ended up being more stressful than parking myself. Zero communication, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time.

Would not use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service and will not use again. Despite regular calls and arriving at T5 LHR at exactly the booked time we waited 30mins for the car to be collected. This was even worse on our return. We only had hand luggage so I called as soon as we were through security. No answer and Voice box full advised to text which I did at 09.47. Got through by phone at 10am and was advised it would be 20/25mins ! after several chase up calls, car was returned to us at 10.50!!!! an hour after initial contact and booked collection time, not happy. The whole point of Meet & Greet is to prevent wasting time waiting.

I wish I read their reviews before…

I wish I read their reviews before using this people! I paid for car park. No one to get my car that I had to leave my car keys on the tyre! Now I called these fools when I was on the plane, when I landed and got my bags! It’s been over 1hr I’m waiting at the arrival for my car!! And it’s still not here! Pls don’t waste your money plus they are sooo rude and clearly don’t care! I’m not the one to write reviews but this is bad bad bad!!! Not even a joke! I wish I read their reviews before using them! I have to check the mileage too I bet their used my car because I for alert from my car app!!

Very poor service for drop off and pick…

Very poor service for drop off and pick up of car. And the annoying thing is that they never say exact time like the car is on the way and 5 minutes turned into 35! I had to wait for 1 hour and 5 minutes from the moment I rang. They charge too much for the service. , if it was half price maybe wouldn’t mind waiting . I am not going to use them again.

Shocking Experience

The ‘car park’ looked like a tip. No reception or anyone to be seen on arrival. Someone finally emerged from a car to then demand £14 for Heathrow drop off charge and was rude. On our return, we were told to ring after we’ve collected our luggage, which we did - waited for an hour and a half on level 2 T2 in the freezing cold after a long haul flight. Despite ringing them several times, we were told someone was on their way. They stopped picking up the phone and in one of the calls we heard them swearing in Punjabi. Eventually we spotted their van but they said they didn’t have space for us. Reluctantly they let 2 of our family, without luggage, to go with them to get our car. We were taken to a different car park and after enquiring where our car was, we were told that it will be brought to us. Our car had bird poo inside the window and lots of crisp wrappers all over the floor and in the door! We had to then go back to T2 car park to pick the rest of our family and luggage, paying parking charges again for that visit. The total process took 2.5 hours before we set off for home. A truly shocking experience and would avoid at all costs. They deserve to be shut down and reported.

The worse company ever

The worse company ever! Didn’t even send anyone to take my car, waited an hour and had to leave the keys on the tyre as we would miss flight. Then waited over 2 hours when landed because they couldn’t open the gate where the car was. Shocking service , avoid at all costs!

They will destroy your car and refuse to acknowledge receipt of emails and responsibility of repairing your car the spoilt! They are Rouges!!!
Do even dare park your car with them if you want to see your car safe.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They do not know how to treat customers, tell the time or date. Very rude and just try add charges for their own convenience. I had my booking for 00:00 25/01/26 they told me that meant midnight which falls on the 26th?? Bunch of cowboys with no education on how time and date works also the mileage on my car has gone up but they said they would only drive it in the car park to manoeuvre cars which there small car park is in. Would never use them again or recommend to anyone else.

We initially arranged to meet at terminal 2, but were redirected to terminal 5 due to a communication mishap. Despite this, they eventually reunited us with our car, although it was over two hours after our arrival. Overall, not the best experience.

Do not use unless you like to wait an hour and 20 minutes

Horrific experience - Avoid, especially if traveling with children

​Do not use this company for a meet and greet. We had an absolutely horrific experience with Zenith Parking (Contact: 07413 818425) after returning to Heathrow on a long-haul night flight from the USA.
​We were traveling with two young, exhausted children and called ahead as instructed. Despite being told they were "almost here" every time we called, we were left standing for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
​When the driver finally arrived, there was no apology for the delay. The staff member was incredibly rude, barely spoke, and simply handed over the keys and parking ticket for me to pay before walking off. After a long flight with a young family, this is the last thing anyone needs. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable company instead.
