Everything came in perfect conditions

I only give 4 stars, because the processing date is too long. For small companies like mine 10 business days for processing everything is not great.. Nevertheless everything was delivered in perfect conditions.

The packages damaged

The packages damaged, the product mirror, all without glue. I can't sell half the products!!! Unacceptable, I will not buy from you again. I appreciated you.

Skerjakolla Iceland-very good customer service

This was our first order and the communication with our order consultant was very good. It took about 3 weeks for our order to be ready but it was mixed many types of toys and Christmas stuff so that's totally normal. They also helped with shipping as we we are in Iceland

Excellent First Experience

I had my doubts at first, and I wanted to start with a very small order, because I have read all the bad reviews.

My account manager is very friendly and very helpful. I really don't understand the bad reviews for the customer service.

The only issue is the huge delays on the mixed orders, but that's not their fault, further than that all the products arrived in an excellent packaging.

My opinion is give it a shot and don't hesitate because of the bad reviews. Mistakes can happen sometimes.

I was very disappointed with my order

I was very disappointed with my order. 3 ITEMS WERE REMOVED FROM MY ORDER A FEW HOURS AFTER ALL ITEMS WERE CONFIRMED FROM YOUR SIDE. If you confirm all items, for me it means that all items will be delivered and I believe that items put in the cart should be put away and secured for the sake of the customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO ME .
