Trader (Rayher products) informed correctly and timely about some items that were not available. Very quick delivery - 10 days ahead of prognosis.

1 Poor customer service

1. We enquired about account facilities as offered by email. To date no response

2. Expected delivery date and actual delivery date is taking far too long.

Will decide in the New Year whether to remove Zentrada as a supplier.

I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy!!

Callous liar! I was notified on 06/12/2022 that the goods will arrive on 12/12/2022, not after I paid! I paid you on 18/11/2022!!!!

Did you inform me that what? I received an ironic reply on the chat from your colleague, that I have to wait because it will take longer, I told him that I don't want to wait any longer and he immediately sent llike in 1 houre what you had in your deposits. I WAS NOT ASKED IF I WANT THE NEW QUOTATION OR NOT!

Now you want to tell me that you didnt't have it in stock? why did you send me the invoice for the amount of EUR 2402 if you didn't have them in stock? It's a lie from you, cheap people to cover you for changing the invoice as you wanted!

It is a waste of time to discuss with some prehistoric people like you, liars thieves and senseless, try to earn money by working not by using tricks like this!

I don't know who you are, but you are ill informed! After the first delay, your colleague promised me delivery in 2-4 days! You are liars and thieves! I refused the order until you ship it!

Answer me! when your colleague said 2-4 working days, doesn't that mean it should arrive in 2-4 working days? Or am I lying? wasn't that the answer given by your colleague? I'll screenshot the chat if you have amnesia! I paid on 11/18/2022 and the goods arrived in my country on Thursday 12/15/2022, even if I ordered from Mars it wouldn't have arrived so late!

And answer one more question, I see that you are offended, is it normal to change my invoice with the ordered products and the shipping price without asking me and send them like that?

Or am I lying about this too?

This company, is garbage!!! I hope you don't make other victims in the future.

Update! 12/20/2022

After discussions on Chat with these thieves, they started blackmailing me by telling me that if I don't pick up the products from the transport company (products sent abusively, I clearly specified that I don't want them anymore until the delivery was made) they answered me that if I refuse to buy these products, from the amount of EUR 1,795.57 paid by me, they will withhold €829, so basically almost half of the amount.

What this company is doing is unacceptable and I hope that my review will help someone in the future.

I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy!! I ordered from them, they gave me a quote, I paid, I was promised delivery in 13 working days, of course they also specified that there could be delays, I accepted thtat! after the 13 days passed they promised me delivery in 2-4 days, but they didn't keep their word, so I canceled the order. Very important! at the moment I asked to cancel the order, the goods have not been shipped yet!!! after they saw that I want to cancel they changed my order, sent what they had in stock without being asked if I wanted to buy at the new quote made by them and after I told them clearly countless times that I was canceling this order! After countless requests to cancel the order and after I told them that it was my right to cancel this order, especially since it had not yet been shipped, they replied that I am not a consumer and that B2B ordered and that I do not have this right legal!! And if I no longer want to take these products, I will be penalized financially! I still haven't received an answer from them, neither the goods nor the money, of course I will never accept the goods because they sent me pieces of the requested products and they are not useful to me plus I would never work with such people again!

Please see your payment confirmation email.
We informed you an estimated delivery date of 12.12.2022.

On the 15th of December our forwarding partner contacted you regarding the delivery. So you would have received the goods already last Thursday/Friday in case you would have accepted.

As informed in the Trouble Ticket, the goods were ordered for you and were either on the way to our warehouse or already received and booked in.
Concerning the non-deliverable products: please see our chat message of 17.11. in the transaction: " [...] to avoid sold out items (which may happen currently)" Also here you were informed that this simply can happen in this very busy period.

Please understand that this will be our final statement regarding this case here. Of course we are available in the ticket in case there should still be any questions.

Only because you decided you didn't want the ordered products any longer, does not mean that we have to accept your cancellation at this stage.
Mr Skop has explicitly explained you everything in the Trouble Ticket. Also the fact that there was no fixed delivery date agreed and no one has ever promised you any fixed date delivery has been explained several times now.
Delivery times stated are estimates only and this is explicitly informed. Also you were clearly informed in advance that delays and product shortages may happen.
I would like to emphasise that we did not blackmail you in any way. This is simply a lie.
What we did is informing you which costs you have to bear in case you shouldn't accept the shipment (i.e. shipping costs, return shipping costs plus an expense allowance).
