Been scammed? There is hope!
If you are here because you feel like you have been scammed: It is possible to get your money back if you accidentally bought from a company like this. Here's how to do it: When you receive the unwanted item, take a picture of the item and look for a picture of the listing. Chances are that by now they have taken it off their website, so you won't find the original listing. Therefore look for your order receipt in your emails. If the order receipt picture is too fuzzy to use as evidence, use google image search, which will likely find you the original picture that they had stolen off another website. Now send the actual picture and the listing picture to Zephyras and let them know that the item is not what you had ordered and that their item is ready for collection from your chosen address and you are expecting a full refund. Don't accept any of their other counter-offers. After 15 days (usually they want that much time to give the vendor the chance to respond, depending on your CCard supplier) you can contact your credit card disputed claims department, detailing when/where you bought the item and any related details. They will need order number and reason for why it can be considered a scam. They will also need to know which (unacceptable) offers the vendor had made and any other evidence your bank requires. Leave it to the CC company to claim your money back.
