Great company to work with
From the moment we engaged with Zerogrsphic we have enjoyed exceptional support and service.
Great company to work with!
Disgusting scamming company
What a surprise low scores across the board. Avoid this company like the plague. They provided us with a printer and promised installation, it was dumped in the rain no installation. They then took £360 unauthorised from my employers account, with £160 for an “admin fee” we then had issues with it not printing correctly and were told the rollers were worn when we only just had it. We let them know well In advance of the cooling off period, but being the deceitful company they are, they left it until this period had expired. I’ve logged a complaint with resolver and will take it to the ombudsman. Zero graphic you’re a disgusting company and we throughly regret ever using you. I’m not surprised by your low trust pilot score either, it’s well deserved
Avoid this Fraud company. Don't sign any lease contracts Pls.
Avoid this Fraud company. So called FCA Regulated. They cheat every corner. Log a complaint to FCA. This guys use loop hole and the sales person use trap to signup and you will be end. Don't use it at all. All the 5* Reviews here at Trustpilot done by Staff only.

We have been with this company 10 years and we have come to the end of our 2nd 5 year contract.
Firstly, they misrepresented basic charges claiming they are enforced by Xerox but when getting quotes for a new printer and service agreement, no other company has heard of this charge being 'enforced' by xerox.
Secondly, they try to charge you for a network waranty charge if you are switching to another company backdating for the whole of your contract even though it says it is charged quarterly if you agree but we didn't agree to it nor were we charged quarterly.
Thirdly, they try and charge a collection fee even though there is no equipment to collect as we own the machine.
Fourthly, we were told the termination notice is 90 days when in fact it is 180 days. We submitted the termination notice as instructed but then called it early settlement which is false as the 60 months would be up.
They use underhand tactics and lie to get you to sign up to charges by misrepresenting what they are. There are also points in the T&C's which are ambiguous. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor will we be paying for these nonsense end of contract fees.
Quality services from start to finish
Quality services from start to finish. For my office printing needs.
AWFUL COMPANY
AWFUL COMPANY. All is well until you reach the end of your contract, they will send you bogus end of contract charges (5K!) to scare you into staying with them.
Read your contract, these termination charges are fake, do not pay them!
Employees are underhand. Problems are not dealt with.
Glad to see the back of these
Walk away right now - dreadful company
If you're considering a printer contract or new printer I suggest you walk away from Zerographic right now. They are without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff I have dealt with are patronising, rude, inefficient and downright liars! Every time I see their invoice it annoys me. We're stuck in a contract we're unable to escape due to their underhand and deceitful ways. Please avoid at all costs.
Do not use this company!!
Do not use this company!!! We wanted to terminate our agreement 6 months early. We had an extortionate settlement figure which we paid as we just wanted out from the company. We then got Xerox asking for money. I asked Zerographic why when we had paid a early settlement. They said that was just for the service agreement not the finance with Xerox. Why would we just want to pay off the service and not the finance, and not tell us? Shocking company!!!
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I have been waiting for Paul Martin to provide me with a software solution for months. I phone and his phone is turned off, I email and he ignores me. I text and he replies days later saying he has been poorly. He will get round to it but never does. I set up teams meetings with him and he cancelled them.
Total waste of my time.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. They sold me the printer with a service contract. The parts don't work and the support is absolutely unreliable. If you are in business think very carefully before going with these people. I found a local company who answer their phone and help within hours. I have wasted over 20 hours on managing their underperformance of this contract and incurred many costs with an independent supplier fixing the machine because Zerographic just ignored all my concerns.
Shocking Company
shocking company. will happily provide machines telling you they do something that they absolutly do not at a ridiculous cost. Avoid at all costs!
APPALLING
We were told by Zerographic that the machine we are leasing was fit for our business requirements. We specifically explained to Zerographic we are a iMac OS only company.
The printer arrived nearly four weeks after the promised delivery date. No explanation for the delay was provided.
Since then, we have learned the printer is not fit for purpose in terms of automatically ordering new toner/ print cartridges. We raised the issue multiple times with no response.
Only when we stopped paying through their finance company did we receive a response from Zerographic explaining that our printer was not compatible with iMac OS and we would need to purchase a PC (Windows OS).
COVID-19 then happened and the office was shut. We have reopened and getting back to 'business as usual'. During a client meeting today the printer made loud churning noises for nearly 10 minutes.
After speaking with Xerox we were told this is because the black toner has run out. Obviously, the reason we chose this printer was so that we would be automatically sent toner cartridges BEFORE they run out.
Our business is now without a printer for the next "5-7 days" until we receive a new toner.
Societe Generale, who we lodged a complaint with, has asked us for a detailed report into how we were mis-sold the printer. Which we will now be proceeding with.
Dreadful
I would urge anyone considering doing business with this Company to think again. Right from the beginning of the sales process we have been lied to and have been conned into signing an agreement by the commission-greedy sales-person.
Because of the misrepresentation and miss-selling by Zerographics, we now have a large bill to settle, when Leanne the sales-person had assured us all outstanding costs would be taken care of by Zerographics, and by making false statements in the original quote, we are paying more than we were in our previous deal! So much for the savings we were promised!
The above has been brought to the attention of the Management Team who appear to condone such underhand behavior by their sales team and have simply washed their hands of the issue.
Please therefore, as I said at the beginning, do not deal with this Company!
Are the 5 star reviews genuine?
Take not that the positive reviews are by one review people only. Which suggests that the positives are not real.
The negatives should be read first. Then make your mind up after they visit. Have they explained about the five year service plan for a three year lease machine.
I believe they will try and take this post down because it doesn’t have 5 stars. Time will tell.

Awful company
Awful company. All seems great at first, until you come to the end of the contract. You think you’re signed up for a 3 year deal (which you are with Zerox and the machine) but in the T&Cs you’re actually signed up with Zerographic for 5 years. Either forcing you to renew or pay to get out of the contract. Before you sign up, please read the T&Cs VERY CAREFULLY! There are lots of additional charges in there that they don’t make you aware of at the point of signing up.

Disgraceful
Wanted 2 printers for our office and warehouse, advised that our ERP system is not the best so there may be an issue printing the barcodes on the pick-lists. Was assured that all would be fine, if not then we have 14 days to cancel without any penalty.
Good deal offered, paper, toner the lot! Despite being hassled hourly after the initial enquiry.
Printers delivered, installed and they didn't print the barcodes!! Called and spoke with the service team and despite best efforts we asked for them to be taken back and the contract cancelled.
That was in June.
Now well into September we are still waiting for the printers to be collected, the contract to be cancelled and monies taken (well over £1,000 now) to be refunded.
I have spoken to so many people at Zerographic and not one has the decency or respect to resolve the problem, hence why I have been left no choice but to advise others of their malpractices and please avoid this company at all costs.

Getting a copier against the odds!!
Have had a great experience acquiring a new copier from these guys. That is not to say that everything went smoothly, and hardly anything seems to these days, but thats all the more reason to highlight what the people at Zerographic did to make me write this.
Supply of copiers is tough at the moment and more than one supplier has confirmed that. in this case I did not get a copier when I had hoped to. What I did get from the salesman Clive Davis was a free loan machine (not asked for it just arrived!) and a logistics expert in Mike Powell who was not satisfied until we got our machine is the shortest time practical.
Its easy to be disatisfied with poor service if you are not willing to consider the adverse circumstances that may cause things not to go the way that you want them to.
When you have suppliers who you can see do give a damn and are doing their utmost to tame the problems and make the outcome less inconvenient then I think you've found people you can do business with
