They don't do returns even though it's illegal and they brush off anything U say about the fabric and stuff granted nothing was damaged but I just didn't think the item I got was good cuz it already had one or two bobbles forming even though they claimed that the fabric doesn't bobble bs. and for that price I didn't like that... plus the colour is like a temu pink on the hoodie I got... You also have to pay for shipping which is a fiver and when you ask about returns they give you the run around and only offer store credit and only give you the return address once U agree to this even when you say legally you have to allow customers to return stuff in the UK they're very blunt and doesn't matter what U say they just be like no returns again legally weird of them. You to then have to pay to give back the item for store credit. It's pretty scammy for a small brand and when you wanna support your own ppl they have dope designs too and then you have to wait for things to stock and get in your size and at that point it's just jarring to have store credit on they said it doesn't expire but yh it's not like a swim suit or something idk why they don't allow returns. And when it's a new brand your buying from stuff like sizing and things can be a bit up in the air. And even if you want to exchange if the size isn't even there it's just long. Unless you have money to spare and don't mind the faff then is what it is also the return for store credit thing they don't even say how long U have to do this I got held up by Eid and other stuff going on and since I wasn't getting my money back I allowed it and took the L which I couldn't really afford for an item I wasn't obsessed with just salt on the wound. I don't think U should trust influencers or others hyping the brand up online. Yes they have cool designs and cool details that makes it seem worth it but in this economy not being able to return stuff your not into is just long plus one of the items I ordered wasn't even in stock and they said they wouldn't be restocking so if you take store credit you literally have to keep up with drops and stuff and find something worth it. Idk there wasn't anything super wrong with the stuff I guess it's just the experience of it all. I haven't touched the hoody I got since I keep feeling like I got scammed I literally haven't worn It since I tried it on and realised I can't return. The t I got was sick cuz of the design but the material was soooooo weird like I was gassed with it but I didn't want ppl to touch me lol idk anyways only order something once you triple check your size and keep in mind some things are UNISIZED so U might end up getting an even larger size then expected and only order something you'll be ok to take the loss on (of the whole thing or £10 for return) so U can't be like oh which colour should I get let me get both n see... Anyways idk I guess I should have checked these things but on tiktok everyone was doing massive hauls with no mention of not being able to get your money back. It's not like anything was even on sales that no refund makes a bit more sense (not really). Anyways yh. I'm still upset and when I came here and saw that other ppl been through the same I was like damn I should have checked trust pilot before my bad ig anyways not repping their shit... Like why brush ppl off and what U mean it won't bobble clown I have eyes

Practically no customer service, I have been trying to contact them for weeks. For a brand that charges such high prices it’s actually shocking how they ignore all emails and refuse to provide any customer support. I regret ordering and wasting so much money. Especially as a Muslim owned business you’d expect better but I guess not…

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible and not helpful at all. They charge so much for what, items are average. Not giving refunds is ridiculous. Even for an exchange had to pay for the return shipping, when their sizings are weird and it should be on them to do so. What happened to the customer is always right?! Never buying from them again and no one else should either.

ordered a few things from their website. The overall quality of the products is good however i bought the RABEE3 BOX TEE and it fits very weird.

Tried emailing them for a refund and they just ignore me.

I made a large order with these guys - few t-shirts, necklace and a skirt.

Its sad because everything is lovely quality but the level of service these guys offer, means I'll never order again.

The skirt didn't fit me (too big) and I simply wanted to exchange it. They don't reply to emails and barely reply to insta DMs.

When they finally did, they told me it's against their terms and conditions to allow for exchanges. This is ILLEGAL under UK law. I have no patience for dodgy people, especially when you try and support independent businesses.

Not at all a good brand. Unreliable, inconsistent and inauthentic. They talk about deen but don't act according to it with terrible customer service, postage and response. Two orders had to be refunded, after 3 weeks of them not replying to emails. I only got a refund because I commented on all their posts. Even their most popular jacket, it came dirty/dusty. I am not the only one, there are lots of comments and reviews like this. Avoid this brand.

There "comfort" material tracksuit is also bad. They don't actually tell you the material or where it is made. It feels cheap and made from 100% polyester.

They just have a big team to promote their brand and scam

They have amazing quality clothing with beautiful designs. Yes their pricing is a little high but it’s relatively similar to how much other sites are selling similar quality clothing.

Not buying from them again. They have good quality clothing but overpriced tbh compared to what you get.
But customer service none existent. If you get the wrong size then you wasted your whole money. As they won’t even let u exchange it

Poor customer service, needed to reach out to them multiple times on different platforms to get an update on my order. It’s been over 2 weeks, only just received a reply stating that my order is missing. I understand it’s holiday period but good customer service is key to gaining and keeping customers. I like the designs but I’m not sure if I’d buy from them because of this experience. And the whole “no return no exchange, pick your correct size” policy is kind of dodgy and insane especially coming from a small business… I’ve had amazing interactions with small businesses that have sent the wrong/faulty item and although it’s a huge inconvenience, their customer service makes me a repeat customer. I’m honestly not suprised by all the low ratings and I’m sure this company would be a bigger hit if they hired the right people. Can’t speak on the quality of the clothes.

I had a problem with my order and have tried to contact Zidouri multiple time, however they have never even taken the time to reply. I have sent multiple emails and I have sent multiple DM's on Instagram (on multiple accounts even). This is absurdly bad experience and i will never order again!!! I would also recommend others not to!

Lovely service by sales assistant which is so much helpful and for sure youre going to feel so welcomed regardless anywhere you came from. Thumbs up.

The clothes are very good quality I've ordered for my son a couple of times BUT!! the last order I ordered XS and they sent me wrongly a size S I sent them straight away an email and have had no response they also say they do not except returns BUT !! this is their fault has put me off ever ordering from them again

WORST customer service ever.
They literally don't respond to your email, dms, or anything. I have faith that my purchase will be of good quality but the lack of customer service is really getting to me. So, if you are planning to purchase from here, do not rush through it and make sure all the details are correct because no amount of effort to change a small detail will work. Genuinely never buying from here again despite my love for the their products.

I ordered a hoodie from them and was waiting 10 days for the hoodie to arrive but it never did. So i emailed and was informed the hoodie i wanted was actually out of stock and was advised to choose a different hoodie. So i chose a different hoodie and have not heard back from them since then. Customer service is very disappointing and I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered several items from Zidouri at different times. The attention to detail in the packaging and the quality of the actual items is unmatched. Everything arrived on time or sooner. Highly recommend ordering from Zidouri. So pleased with my items and will definitely be ordering again.

I’ve been a customer of Zidouri for over 2 years and have been constantly impressed by the quality of items. Everything I’ve bought has always exceeded my expectations and are still amazing quality even after multiple washes. There’s nothing on the market that even comes close to Zidouri and I’m always complimented whenever I’m wearing a Zidouri piece. Would highly reccomend.
