Below average quality
Apartment photos were decently framed but the white balance was completely off - despite good natural light and a tripod, photographer turned all the lights on and exposed for the white walls. Result: all furniture, paintings, floors, etc. are all miscolored. No reason not to slow the shutter down and take the photo using natural light, using multiple exposures if needed. Overall, clearly a rushed job with low-medium image quality.
Text description of the apartment had several spelling errors, despite being written by an 'author'.
